I really enjoyed staying at the city hub in Copenhagen. It’s absolutely perfect for solo travelling, there’s a metro station that’s 7 minute walk and a bus right outside that takes you into the city centre in like 10 minutes. Amenities were great and actually super clean. I did find hair in my bed and a stain and when I went to complain at the reception they were pretty quick to move me into another hub. Apart from that everything was very smooth and decent for a solo travel or if you went with another person. Will definitely return to the city hub.

A very cute and suitable place for solo travellers, I am a 160cm girl, and stayed in the top room. Service was really nice the moment we stepped in, staff helped me checked in when I had some issues. With my height, I can sit up straight on the bed which was very comfortable. If you are lucky enough, you can get a room that are rather inside instead of near the main corridor where lots of people will walk pass, which was nice cause it was quiet. There are two main bathrooms and sauna, I didn't use the sauna so I cont comment in that but the bathrooms and showers were nice, the only problem was there were no conditioners so if any girls want to use conditioner remember to bring along with you. There are also no flip flops provided so also remember to bring that. Outside in the social area, there is food and drinks that can be bought as well as vending machines if you have forgotten anything. Additionally, there is a public kitchen where you can use the fridge, microwave, and kettle, etc. Inside the rooms, you can change lights using the app and can also connect to the Bluetooth. Highly recommend for introvert solo travellers!! Definitely an experience to try

Super little stay and for the price that we paid you couldn’t have asked for anything better. Having a sauna just made it perfect.

It is a Hub single cabin. The advantage is that you can have your own independent space, the suitcase can be spread out, the double bed is comfortable to sleep in, and there is Bluetooth for playing music. The bathroom is very large (maybe because Europeans and Americans are taller), and there are many people using it during peak hours, so remember to bring your own slippers for convenience. The refrigerator in the public space provides boxes for storing your own food separately. Remember to write the check-out date and name. The kitchen is relatively small and provides two microwave ovens, an air fryer and a hot-pressed bread maker (cold bread bought outside is like baked after hot-pressing). The kitchen provides knives and cutting boards, but not many plates and bowls. Disposable knives and forks are provided, and aluminum foil and baking paper are also available. There are vending machines for various beverages (coffee, wine, beer, etc.), a public kettle that provides hot water, and tea bags for sale. After use, the cups are placed in a centralized area and cleaned in a washing machine. In terms of transportation, after leaving the airport, take the train to the station, and then take bus No. 26 to the hotel entrance (opposite). Bus No. 26 can go to many places. There are convenience stores and large supermarkets nearby, as well as many restaurants. It is a good place for living. The prices in Copenhagen are quite high and accommodation is not cheap either. Having an independent space like this to stay in, even though it is a capsule hotel, is still a good choice.

I chose this hotel because I previously stayed at CityHub Reykjavik in December and had a positive experience be my favourite stay. Here Cityhub Copenhagen The rooms are similar, and the amenities are excellent. Additionally, the location is convenient, with a nearby bus stop providing direct access to major attractions. However, I believe the staff should have basic knowledge of the surrounding area rather than simply responding with, “I’m not sure.”, with an uninterested or unwilling to help expression. It is a waste for her to just stand there without the information when guests ask basic questions.

I highly recommend this hotel. Access from the airport was easy. It takes about 10 minutes to walk from the hotel to the nearest station, but it's also easy to get to the city center. All rooms are private, and bathrooms and toilets are shared. Other common areas include a lounge, kitchen, and a drink bar with a wide selection of alcohol (water and hot water are free, but other things are charged). Because the private rooms are small, the common areas in the facility are spacious and clean, and the layout and design of the rooms are sophisticated and stylish, typical of Copenhagen, so my stay at the hotel was comfortable. There were many shower rooms, toilets, and sinks, so I never encountered any crowds. It depends on the time of day (in the morning, the women's bathroom was a little crowded with people getting ready to make up and taking a shower. By the way, there are mirrors in the private rooms as well). There is a sauna in the bathroom, but it cannot be used from late at night until around 7am. It is unisex, and no swimsuits are required. The staff explained to me that I just need to cover myself with a towel from before using the sauna. The private room is mostly occupied by the bed (the bed has a low ceiling), but there is also an area with space to stand up. We had a lot of luggage, but space wasn't a problem. The private room is very soundproof, and there is even a speaker inside the room that can connect to Bluetooth. There were groups of customers and people drinking in the lounge late at night, but they were all well-mannered and didn't make any noise. It was a quiet and comfortable place to stay.
