The location is perfect, just next to the central train station with extensive transport coverage including the airport. This is a hotel with history and class that other modern hotels can't match. The bar, the old elevator etc are simply a classic! Staff friendly and helpful too!

Nice traditional hotel. Great view from the room. Everything was perfect. But the quality of egg and sausage for breakfast need to be improved (the whole cooking station was not good)

Great location , just few steps to the central station . The room has a balcony with view. Staff is also friendly enough and give us some travel advices. Definitely will stay again if I go to Copenhagen

A very convenient location but the hotel is too old and small. Breakfast and Reception services are good.

This hotel is located near the train station. It is very convenient for the travellers going to everywhere! Many attractions nearby. The staff is smart, when there is suspicious people walking around the lobby; they will discover. The facility is a bit old.

oldie hotel , everything is old . room got no heater during winter . the shower room paip is keep leaking , facilities is old. room n bathroom is big .breakfast js great . hotel just beside the central station . tivoli is just opposite the hotel . location is fantastic

The location is very good, there are many attractions within walking distance. Breakfast is good with many choices. The room is spacious.

The room is very cozy! The breakfast is great! The environment is elegant and there are many varieties (just the coffee is not made by a coffee machine; the hotel elevator is an old elevator, but it is very stable. I have only taken this kind of elevator that requires you to open the elevator door manually in a manor hotel in London (I forgot the name). Facilities: Complete - refrigerator, safe, tissue, shower cap, and earplugs are also thoughtfully prepared! Hygiene: Clean! Environment: Close to Copenhagen Square, actually the closest to the central train station, but not noisy! Service: Good!

It is located right outside the central station, very convenient. The attractions in Kota Kinabalu are very concentrated. This hotel can meet the needs of most attractions within walking distance, which is very good. There is a bar in the hotel that regularly holds jazz nights, which is very comfortable
