The hotel is located in the center of Copenhagen, facing the Town Hall Square. It is only a few steps away from the subway station. The central railway station, tram station and bus station are also just steps away. The location is very advantageous. In addition to being surrounded by restaurants, across the square is the starting point of Denmark's famous attraction 🛍️ Strøget shopping pedestrian street. The service attitude of the hotel waiters is very good. Some small business cards promoting attractions and leisure discounts are placed in the lobby for guests to pick up. The rooms for three people are very spacious. The most comfortable facilities are spare iPhone wireless devices and pop coffee. There is also a small lamp with adjustable angles at the bedside. However, the sofa bed is relatively soft and supportive. It's not powerful enough, and although it has some flaws, it's still worth recommending.

Great hotel, very friendly and most accomodating reception staff, small but very clean rooms with wooden floors, delicious breakfast buffet, bikes to rent which is very conveniant to see all the beautiful sights and the bus/metro stations are close by. So a great hotel, friendly and conveniantly located.

First time in Copenhagen and first time using a hostel with family. No worries as they love it, the hostel seems to be newly renovated and is clean and bright. Toilet/shower spotless with hair wash and conditioner supplied (actually whole hostel is spotless). Water still hot at 9:30am after a lot of shower use, have been in upmarket hotels that struggled to maintain hot water. Was surprised that the room was cleaned each day with fresh bedding and towels. Great location, buy the Copenhagen Discover card and it is super easy to get around, Metro/rail station within 5 minutes. We stayed for 3 nights on the first floor, we were not disturbed by neighbouring rooms as some said in reviews, yes the street is noisy with windows open, but when closed street noise vastly reduced. As it was warm when we stayed we had windows open (no air con) and still had a good night sleep. Nicely decorated ground floor reception and bar, comfortable seating and good range of beer/wine/coffee, also seating outside. The basement has a well equipped kitchen, pool table, games area on the left of the stairs and on the right of the stairs there are more toilets/showers and I came across another fridge freezer in addition to the kitchen. Would have no hesitation booking again when we return to Copenhagen.

Location: excellent. Just a relatively short walk to the train stations nearby. Amenities and conveniences all around. Friendly, welcoming and helpful staff. They are always available to you and ready to answer questions via the Cityhub app. (Psst. you can alter the colors of your Hub lights) Great and speedy Wi-Fi connection. Checking in and checking out is a breeze. You can leave your luggage at the lockers after checking out. Convenient! Lounge area is a great spot to hang out. There are drink vending machines, beer on tap and self-serve coffee machines available. You pay for them when checking-out and it’s affordable. I am a smaller person so the hub space and bed size was more than adequate. Bed was super comfy. They space guests out so you don’t have to worry much about noise and not getting a good night’s rest. There are charging and a couple of USB ports next to the bed plus a Bluetooth speaker for you to play some tunes. You’re also provided with fluffy towels and bathrobe. Communal kitchen - Basic amenities like microwave and kettle. Fridge: You can prep your food and store your leftovers in the plastic containers provided. You’ll just label them with your room number and date of check-out. Do bring flip flops for the showers, or you can buy basic toiletries from the vending machines. The spacious communal toilet area has shower and toilet stalls for privacy. Everything has been clean, private and most importantly, safe. Overall a fantastic experience!

The size of the room is fine but without enough lighting facility. There is no hairdryer in the room and the kettle is dirty that you won’t dare to use it for boiling water to drink. The toilet have some weird smells. The room is not soundproof so whenever my neighbours are opening their door, I thought they are trying to open mine. There is a bus stop near the main entrance of the hotel and 10 minutes walk from the central station.

The best Hostel we have ever stayed in. The location is perfect, close to the central station, the interior and the atmosphere is great, the staff is very kind and helpful. Many facilities to take advantage of, they offer rent a bike, the breakfast and lunch are excellent for the price!

Room was relatively clean, only flaw I found was loads of hair on the shower drain but I am sure it was an unintentional omission. Furniture were functional and bed comfortable. It states they provide you with shampoo and shower gel but in reality they just gave us for 2 people, 4 sachets for 3 nights stay which was not enough and too much plastic packaging. Maybe would be worth in investing on refillable and mounted on the wall shampoo and shower gel holders? This would reduce the amount of your plastic waste? Breakfast was busy, but food was good quality and tasty. Overall it was a pleasant stay, I would stay there again.

Stayed at this hotel for 7 nights in late May 2024. You get the “new” feeling for everything given it is indeed just a few months in operation. The hotel is located in a very quiet and safe residential area by the port. During the day, you can expect “some work” going on around the vicinity but it is fine in my opinion. The room is considered self sufficient (no mini fridge, no bedroom slippers, no phone with just a few hangers). It is of a reasonable size for one, max two persons. Bed and pillows are comfy. The breakfast offered is unlike the usual massive buffet range but is considered very decent and healthy. Question is how much can one consume over breakfast. Several cosy eateries and supermarkets are located within walking distance. You can also chill or catch some good sun by the boardwalk nearby where people swim and yoga inside the little hut. If you wish to save some money, you should take the train from the airport and walk around 10-15mins to the hotel. Otherwise, taxi from the airport to the hotel vice versa can set you back by DKK500/- just for your guide. Rental of bicycles are available at DKK150/- per day at the hotel (new bikes). Traveling to the city, one-way transport by either bus or metro would cost around DKK24/-. Lastly, you can expect to be greeted by extremely courteous, friendly and helpful hotel staffs. Hotel was great, nothing was to much trouble. From the moment we checked in till we checked out the service was outstanding. Loved breakfast, widerangeof foods for all.

Cheap yet very effective hotel. Clean and new. Beware of a very small bathroom. Close to Royal Arena (concert venue) and other office locations. 8 minutes by walk to the metro station. 5 metro stations distance to central (20 minutes travel time) (note: if you buy Copenhagen card as a tourist, public transport is included) Very close to the airport (2 train stops-11 minutes) There is a large shopping mall with a grocery store that opens at 7 am.
