Hilton Huiting hardware facilities are generally relatively new, and the service management level is relatively stable. The internal facilities are positioned for mid-range family outings, refrigerators, microwave ovens, pots and pans are all available. Parking is free. During the epidemic, breakfast can be taken back to the room or take-out, and arranged on the first floor, convenient to pick up meals, the service is very user-friendly.

The service was good. I had trouble at check in with the credit cards and the staff was helpful. The room was clean and the bed was comfortable. The only problem was the phone was broken and wouldn't shut up...so I unplugged it and notified the front desk. Check out was simple also and the shuttle to and from the airport was useful. Pick up is at the Terminal 2 shuttle area and you take the team there. If you have a very early flight the shuttle might be an iffy choice. I also ate at the restaurant which was delicious and the service was good.

Convenient location and convenient parking. The room is more spacious, desk, refrigerator, microwave, small sofa, single sofa, mattress is very comfortable, bathroom is convenient. There is a paid open-air parking lot. Although it is at the airport, the sound insulation is very good, and you can't hear the sound at all. There is also breakfast in the morning. There is an oolong in the back, I booked the room on Ctrip, but when I left the hotel, they debited the reservation money from my card, and it took almost a week to refund me after two phone calls. I don't really like the attitude of the service staff, but the hardware of the hotel is pretty good.

Very high-end hotel, in the heart of downtown Chicago, the location is superb, walking distance to many downtown places to eat and drink and many places to visit.

It is much older than the photo. I have been training nearby for two weeks. The cleaning staff often forgets to take kitchen garbage or not refill coffee capsules. It is the most scattered service in the hotel I have ever stayed in in the United States. And Wi-Fi is poor here, I almost have to use my own hotspot throughout the whole process. The location is actually a bit far from the main attractions, and it is not convenient to travel. Fortunately, there are Whole Foods and an H-Mart nearby, and you can buy things and cook them yourself. In addition, they gave me a room on the 8th floor, although it was corner room, but the relationship facing the street was very, very noisy!

The room is very spacious, close to the scenic area, convenient and safe to travel.
