Big room, clean.... stuff so kind but room no water and toothbrush.

The employee, "Christian" his name, was extremely rude to me.
He didn't care that the shower wasn't working properly.
No apology, no regrets.
He wanted to sell breakfast for 45 lei, although according to the Trip.com app it only costs 35 lei.
I am extremely annoyed with this guy.

Overall it was good BUT the furniture was dated and there was no water in the room - this during a heatwave.

OK stay.
Female staff seemed just wanting to help and more interested with their phones, lacking basic customer services skills. Hotel is dated but clean, basic twin bed room is basic, asked to be provided with a kettle and was informed no. Location is ok as short walk to beach and short bus ride to town centre.Price point seemed enough for what the hotel offers as a basic / economy twin room.
