The employee, "Christian" his name, was extremely rude to me.
He didn't care that the shower wasn't working properly.
No apology, no regrets.
He wanted to sell breakfast for 45 lei, although according to the Trip.com app it only costs 35 lei.
I am extremely annoyed with this guy.

Where do I start? A really strange property once opulent and clearly a lot of money spent on its upkeep as it’s pretty grand, marble floors and a classic feel. The reservation staff were ok, as we were blighted by ‘the computer says no’ on our early arrival hoping to check in. Our room was beautifully decorated and in the whole clean with nice interior designed chic decorative pieces, but incredibly the other details let it down, with broken toilet roll holder, grout in need of refreshing, chairs with a tear and paint stain and big lumps of unfashionable dated brown furniture. Such a shame as the room was large and bright and potentially beautiful, but value for money it was. Parking was an issue as it’s in a very busy boulevard, and the pavement outside, broken and uneven, just so many contradictions as I have no doubt that it could once again be something special.

May 1st and second 2024: it is infested with bed bugs or fleas. I stayed 2 nights instead of 3 on the 1st and 2nd of May in the room 405. My hands have over 10 bites. Check it on google, they have multiple 2024 reviews on bed bugs. I filled in a complaint with customer protection services.

Good accomandation quite close to all the city center and the beach and also Mamaia. Nice and friendly staff and good breakfast. Good value for the money and the room was nice.
