Close to Letchworth State Park and SUNY Geneseo. Many local wineries and restraunts just a few miles away. Upstairs Bedroom offers views of the water from the queen bed, and has a upper level porch to relax and enjoy the water. Downstairs queen bedroom comfortable sleeps 2. There is a leather pull out couch and recliner in the livingroom and plenty of tvs for the rainy cold days! Lounging area with bar is great for unwinding with friends. This fully updated and stocked 2 bedroom house is truly a great value! If you need more room there is also the house next door that can be rented. It was lovely being able to look out at the lake. Everything was very comfortable and the house was very modern and updated.

On the Lake House does not have direct access to the Lake
This house is listed as On the Lake but it is not a Lake Front House having direct access to the lake and has no dock associated with the property. There is not a direct view of the Lake from the house.The house is accommodating with 2 bedrooms and majority of supplies needed are provided.The portable air conditioning unit on the ground floor did not cool off the ground floor bedroom enough.There is limited parking. There were ants coming in the house.

Lake staycation
Wife and friends and I stayed at the cabin this weekend. House was well kept, stocked and easily found in a great location. Appreciate the great digs!
