It's hard to comment on this hotel. I chose this new hotel to avoid the old hotel. However, the feeling I received is hard to describe. The house is relatively new. I booked a Bay view with a balcony. Then when I checked in, they said to upgrade it. The original two Queens were upgraded to a king and a sofa. This is not bad. At least I snore and my daughter sleeps in the outer room, which is less affected. However, from the afternoon check-in to the night before going to bed, the sofa bed was forgotten to be made. Second, the people who come at that time will never make the bed. There is no concept at all. My daughter ran up and down several times. The conditioner was gone and it was not replaced. It was forgotten to be sent when I asked for it. I asked for toothpaste and toothbrush, but they forgot to the sky. I booked this hotel by accident. The hotel is new and in a good location. I booked a deluxe king-size bed this time. The front desk service was very enthusiastic and they arranged a room for me. The scenery outside the window attracted us the most. The lake view is beautiful. The hotel's service is a plus point. It was a special trip. Satisfied.
