Hello, on 9 June at a work meeting in the restaurant/cafeteria sector I suffered theft of my pocket with my computer, tablet and cellular. I had entered a strange person and had felt next to us, that it was a work meeting between 5 people and that I had taken my bag and went, in a vehicle. The hotel was not in contact with me, but they did not provide the information. The complaint was made to the design PDI. The hotel administration did not communicate with me, to offer a solution.

The hotel has warm service, elegant environment, and on-site parking, which makes driving guests feel at ease. The confirmed order clearly states 2 breakfasts, but the hotel does not provide this service. Later, the rights and interests were protected through the Ctrip platform

I was surprised to read the recent negative reviews of the Mercure Concepcion. We are well-experienced travelers who stay in the full range of hotels from low to very high. It's a four star hotel. It s well-priced and centrally located. We paid about $75 a night for two nights here. The big surprise was that numerous staff, female and male were sporting small rainbow flag pins. Very welcoming! Many of the staff are fluent in English. The food at the complimentary breakfast was delicious and fresh in a pleasant setting. It was the best of the hotel breakfasts we had on our trip. A true test of a place is when things don't go right. The bathroom sink was clogged. When we reported it, a maintenance staff member arrived within 10 minutes. Done! The downside: It is located next to the highway and a railway. Another plus: near the local Unimarc, about 3 blocks away. Also near two car rental agencies: Mitte and Chilean Rental Car.

They should wash their towels better. all the towels smell bad. And to keep on the standards they also should provide potable water one a day not only on the day of the arrival. I enjoyed the welcome drink. It was a nice gesture.
