Good hotel staff service, complete breakfast. The piece was functional, but it had several defects such as a thermopane window with air leaking, the shower seals with fungus, the ceiling and several loose bathroom fixtures. It is suggested that repairs be made, since they are not major and could provide better service.

No geral eu acho razoável para ruim, café da manhã bem simples, sem opção de frutas só tem laranja, em resumo, ovos, salsicha e pão.
O chuveiro é muito ruim, pouca agua e do nada aquece ao ponto de quase te queimar.
Restaurante com poucas opções e muito caro.

Pésimo servicio. Me dieron una habitación que tenía una maleta, ropa en los cajones y perfumes; es decir, en uso. Luego fui a comer al restaurant y se demoraron excesivo tiempo en atender y atendían a personas que habían llegado después aun luego de hacer gestos para que me atendieran como correspondía. Los restaurantes son malos y caros. Nada más en Ibis.
