Excelente atención, habitación cómoda en el piso 4, todo muy limpio y el desayuno de muy buena calidad servido en el restaurant y con alimentos frescos y variados. Es estacionamiento se encuentra a un costado del hotel y debes regresar a la calle para entrar al alojamiento, es decir, el estacionamiento si bien es propio, no está conectado internamente con el hotel. Aún así es seguro. Nos gustó mucho y volveremos.

Habitaciones, baños muy limpios, con vista muy agradable hacia todas las orientaciones del área. Camas que aportan un descanso al viajero. La habitación cuenta con área de trabajo muy cómoda. Le añadiría a las habitaciones un hervidor y un juego de loza.

Excelentes habitaciones, muy bien equipadas y muy buena atención. El desayuna es variada y la cena de muy buena calidad la carta. Personal de atención es muy amable. Lo único en contra es su estacionamiento, que es muy estrecho y poco disponible.

Excelente servicio y restorán muy bueno, comida exquisita, con estacionamiento bien ubicado y piezas muy cómodas, tal vez lo único es falta aire acondicionado en las piezas pero no es tan necesario. Muy buena experiencia y muy recomendable.

La estancia en Concepción ha sido muy grata, la habitación estuvo confortable y limpia todos los días de mi permanencia en el hotel, todo el personal fue muy amable y dispuesto a ayudar en todo momento. Lo único que tal vez requiera un poco de atención, es que mi estancia fue de una semana y el desayuno durante todos estos días fue exactamente igual, no hubo ni una sola variante.

Muy buena experiencia, excelentes instalaciones y todo el personal muy amable. Además tiene una ubicación céntrica que te permite llegar a cualquier parte sin mayor esfuerzo. Definitivamente volvería.

No hot water and no attention to the claim. Yesterday evening to the front desk I had no hot water. When I came back the same person I made the claim to, assured me that he had checked the hot water and he found no problem. Next morning, guess what? No hot water. After 4 calls they recognized they had a problem and called a repairman, 2 hours later. Understand technical issues can happen, but the neglect and lack of attention to a customers claim are unacceptable. Never again!!!

Dormitorio cómodo y espacioso. Desayuno completo con frutas, panes, café y té. Además pastelitos. El personal muy cordial y dispuesto a apoyarte. El dormitorio tenía olor a tierra y humo (Época de incendios). De todas formas, precio/Calidad está OK.
