第一次來como一人拖着重重行李箱,酒店就在Como S.Giovanni車站附近700米走10分鐘,一路平坦,到了酒店房間太驚喜啦房間特別乾淨潔白!地板的瓷磚縫都是白的!對於潔癖控來説太安心了!面積很大!窗户很大很多陽光通透,床很大也軟硬度舒適!很安靜睡覺!有廚房微波爐冰箱餐具熱水壺,但很乾凈毫無異味油味!!老闆説如果有住客使用了廚房退房有異味他們會開窗一直通風到味道消失才開啟房間可被預訂!!瞬間消除了疲憊感!窗外看到酒店私有的後花園及泳池,更遠處看到como的山層林盡染漸變色黃的太美啦!老闆很Nice貼心還是建築設計師親自設計注重每個細節角落用心經營着!!門口有兩個大超市買東西自己烹飪很實惠方便!超適合一家人朋友們一起住!走路去景點3分鐘,到como湖邊10分鐘!在這兒住了1晚後又繼續連住了7天!就像住家一樣可以感受美麗的como大氧吧生活!真心忍不住想要多拍些照片和視頻讓更多的顧客知道這家酒店有多麼棒!!

Ottimo. Pulito, centrale, staff preparato, parcheggio in loco. Rapporto qualità prezzo eccellente , le camere dotate di 2 letti enormi. Bagni spaziosi con dotazioni di set shampoo rasoi creme da barba. Ottimo

Last minute booking, went to check in person if they had some availibility as we did not planned to stay one night in Como. Noone was in reception, waited couple of minutes,then owner came and said there was only one room available for 3 pp. The room was big , very cosy and well decorated. Fridge and kettle were in the room plus cups cutlery and plates… everything was very well cleaned. The hotel is located 10 mins walk by the train station and 15 min walk to the lake. I wouldn’t mind to return in that place if l’ ll ever came back to Como

Esperienza pessima: camera piccolissima non corrispondente alle foto, insonorizzazione inesistente e porta di ingresso alla camera a vetro coperto solo da una tenda semitrasparente. La porta della camera affaccia direttamente sul giardino (probabilmente era un ripostiglio trasformato in camera) quindi tutti gli ospiti che si sono fermati sulle sedie del giardino potevano vedere le nostre ombre in camera. Abbiamo cercato il personale in reception per chiedere il cambio camera (come da camera prenotata dalle foto online) ma non abbiamo più trovato nessuno e anche il giorno successivo al momento del check out (9.30) non abbiamo incontrato il personale. Volevamo passare una bella serata sul lago di Como ma l’esperienza per ben 140€ a notte è stata pessima.

Degolasse la ménage, odeurs à égouts à l'intérieur, vaisselle impossible à utiliser, en plus, quand il y a des remarques sur le site, le propriétaire dise que les personnes n'était j'amais séjourné chez eux , au lieu de s'améliorer. . Domage que je ne pas pensé à faire des photos, pour pouvoir partager , et aider des gens à faire leur chois.

Stanza luminosa, ampia, con un letto matrimoniale, ed uno ad una piazza e mezza, dotata anche di frigo, ma senza TV.; arredamento semplice, ma nuovo e sobrio. Bagno spazioso e confortevole nelle dotazioni, fatta eccezione per la mancanza della seconda asciugamani da viso ed entrambe le tovagliette da bidet. Pulizia impeccabile. Albergatore poco presente nella reception. Distanza dal centro o lago a piedi : 10 / 15 minuti, una passeggiata,. Con il vantaggio di potere lascire la macchina parcheggiata in strada, davanti all'albergo anche di giorno ,senza dovere pagare gli esosi tickets dei parcheggi con strisce blu, spesso poco distanti dall'albergo ( es. Via Varese). Da tenere presente per un prossimo soggiorno, avendo anche usufruito di una prenotazione "last minute" , quindi con un vantaggioso rapporto qualità prezzo.

This was a nice place to stay, with a garden/sitting area right outside the room. There is a Lidl across the street for groceries. This place is within walking distance from Lake Como, but away from the crowds of tourists. The service at the front desk was exceptional, and Marta and the man who worked there were very kind and accommodating.

Marta at the front desk was really nice and helped us navigate the ferries. It was only a short walk to the train station and lake. We were able to leave our luggage there after checkout and had time to explore Varenna.
