The room is not big, facing the street and the lake. Unfortunately, there is construction outside recently, which is noisy in the morning.

The sanitation is very clean, the service is very good, it is near the Como Lago train station and right by Lake Como. Room 43 has a balcony with a view of the lake and the road. Room 3 on the first floor is close to the lake (higher floors will be better).
There are not many varieties of breakfast, but it is very direct and very good. Olive oil and vinegar are delicious when dipped into vegetables.
