離火車站比較遠，走至湖區5分鐘就到了，飯店比較陳舊，浴缸泡澡舒服，早餐過於簡單，電梯也比較老舊。服務人員態度親切！

This is an older hotel right outside of the Kumo wall. However, crossing the road to get to Como Central is very easy as there is a tunnel right in front of the hotel. The staff is very very accommodating to all visitors. It is a very old hotel, but it has a lot of charm. The breakfast is outstanding do not expect large rooms. But hopefully you’re not staying in the room much. 😃

I did not appreciate that I had to paid before even had a look at the room; I choose a superior room…the first room had immediately issues with electricity: bathroom could not be illuminated. The smell in the room was not nice. I had to ask for another room. Unfortunately I have to say that the room is not the standard of a superior room, old furnitures and issues with electrical equipment and most inappropriate is the smell of urine in the bathroom and a very stinky air in all corridors of the hotel. This should be resolved immediately. Also the isolation of the room is very poor: people talking in the corridor at 2am in the night and cleaning stuff hitting doors and furniture at 7am was very annoying. You basically hear everything. For 184 Euro I had other standard expectations.

We booked a 2 night stay in the Hotel Le Due Corti in Como in September 25. Two rooms, 4 people. and had cockroaches in both rooms (not next to each other) Also the toilet seat was broken in one room. It was clear to us that we won't stay for an other night. The concierge came with a spray but this clearly did not help!!! It seemed like they have to deal with this a lot. When we asked the next morning to check out, because this is really creepy they should have refund us the second night. After all it is a 4star hotel. Unfortunately did not happen. They gave us 2 cheap wine bottles and thought this wîll be ok for us. No sorry, we'll never stay there anymore and will also let friends knows what happened. Esther Berns Basel, Switzerland
