It is a small hotel, with 18 rooms, the front desk is very small, and there is always only one person. The price of 5 stars, the room is about 3-4 stars, and the service is about 3 stars. But we missed a mobile phone after we checked out. The hotel found out and contacted us by email. We replied to the email and asked them to arrange for DHL to send it back (fees at their own expense). They dealt with it in a timely manner. Thank you very much.

The bottle of Proseco and candies was a very nice touch. Your concierge the morning we left gave us great service as our Uber driver did not arrive and we had to quickly find a taxi to take us to the airport. He helped calling a taxi as your hotel personal driver was not available. Great location right on the lake and near many shops and restaurants

Fantastisch - von a bis z! Super herzlich und hilfsbereit, das Zimmer war sehr schön und sehr sauber - die Lage einfach top! Das Restaurant und die Bar sind einfach traumhaft und sehr zu empfehlen! Fazit: wir kommen wieder und würden dieses Hotel jederzeit weiterempfehlen!

Truly a five star experience with perfect execution across every aspect of our stay. The team was wonderful and reached out before our visti to offer suggestions and anticipate any of our needs. We were only there for one night but it was the highlight of our 10 day trip to Italy. As a Hilton Diamond member we appreciated the room upgrade and the thoughtful and generous acknowledgement of our birthday celebration with prosecco and a piece of cake waiting in our room. The room was spacious, beautifully renovated with every amenity. Loved all the Vista branded bath toiletries and the attention to all the little details you don't event realize you want until they are there. The hotel is centrally located in the middle of Como, directly across from the ferry and a short walk to all the historic sites. The rooftop restaurant and bar is an oasis away from all the hustle of the town with an amazing view over the lake. It was a wonderful spot for appertivo, a late night cocktail and an delicious morning breakfast.

This is a beautiful hotel located along the lake in Como. The staff was were friendly and accommodated all of our needs. The room was spacious for European standards and the property was clean. Alberto the concierge provided excellent recommendations and we spent the entire day exploring the lake with him. This amazing experience was a highlight of our trip. Only downside, which isn’t the fault of the staff, is this is a hotel not a resort. So don’t expect some of the same amenities that you would from other 5* accommodations. With that said we would stay here again and highly recommend this property.
