It is a small hotel, with 18 rooms, the front desk is very small, and there is always only one person. The price of 5 stars, the room is about 3-4 stars, and the service is about 3 stars. But we missed a mobile phone after we checked out. The hotel found out and contacted us by email. We replied to the email and asked them to arrange for DHL to send it back (fees at their own expense). They dealt with it in a timely manner. Thank you very much.

Beautifully appointed. Gracious and attentive staff. Great home base to explore Lake Como and easy access to Milan. The excursions were amazing! Highly recommend the sunset cruise. Transportation from the airport to the hotel was seamless and stress free.

Valentina Mongodi was there to greet us. She took excellent care of us the entire time. Helping with directions and doing everything she could to make our stay and our travel more comfortable. We were so impressed with her. Thank you Vanlentina!!

One of the best hotels we’ve ever stayed at!! Everyone at the hotel is so helpful and kind, and we hope to come back one day. My wife’s passport was stolen on the way to Lake Como and we were stressed about the what to do, but Chiara and Josh helped us find the police station, embassy, best train routes, etc. Thanks to their help, we were able to get a new passport in half a day and enjoy the rest of the time at Lake Como. The hotel is located right by the ferry station, perfect for visiting the neighboring towns. After a long day exploring, we would have dinner and drinks at the restaurant/bar overlooking the lake. Not only was this hotel beautiful and in a perfect location in Como, the entire staff was amazing which made this hotel one of the best we’ve stayed at! If you’re debating to stay at this hotel or not, just do it. It’s worth it!

The rooms, service and attention were beyond compare! i felt very pampered and like i was the most important person in the hotel even though I saw that everyone received the same great service. The Beds were very comfortable and the pillows were perfect. I never sleep that well outside of my own bedroom. Thank you for making this a home away from home with the benefit of being in Beautiful Lake Como!

I stayed at the Vista for a few days as part of a longer leisure trip to Italy with a friend. I had never been to the Lake Como area before, but the Vista is a beautiful property in a perfect location – walking distance to the train station in Como and across the street from the ferry terminal, making travel to and from Como and around the lake incredibly easy. The property is intimate in scale, and the staff are welcoming and attentive. If you're visiting the Lake Como area and looking for a place to stay in Como itself, this hotel won't disappoint you.

Vista is five star luxury hotel & everything is immaculate from service, to the room, decor, linens, walk-in closet, bathroom amenities. It is a expensive & costly per night .
The only comment I have is that it does not have a gym, I suggest that they should consider purchasing some gym membership from next-door hotel like for example the palace so that guests can use their facility if they choose to have an exercise gym area.
The location is extremely convenient as it is facing the lake as well as facing the ferry station. You can walk easily to get a ferry ticket.

Small, high-end hotel in a perfect location in Como, right on the lake. Among the best service of any hotel I’ve ever stayed. Very personal, took care of all the details - reservations, transportation, activities. All recommendations and arrangements were spot on. The bar and restaurant on the top floor was wonderful with great views and service. Perfect way to start the day with breakfast, and a great way to end the day with a drink. Can’t wait to return someday!
