GGuest UserThe studio was located in the old town, 9 mins away by feet from the Saint Mary Assunta Cathedral and 12 mins away by feet from the ferries' piers. Self check in was possible (though I was offline, so opted for standard check in). Great staff. The studio was spacious, clean, with all the amenities I needed. Bed and pillows were very compfy. Wifi was available for free. Self check out was simple.

CCarolinaSousaTHE BEST of all the hostels I stayed so far. I am super happy with all the staffs at the reception and the bar, special thanks to Joana, and 3 other young men who helped me with the check in and check out, and throughout all my 5 days stay.
I was very happy and surprised by all the free toiletries, amenities, coffee, juice, water, snacks, bread and cakes, and I love how in the reading/game room there’s a piano, guitars, ukulele, TV with Nintendo switch, books, games, etc.. I also love the fact that we can rent the powerbanks and wireless internet with our ID document. There were also very nice events going on, e.g. beer pong, family dinner, and more.
I have just a few suggestions: it would be a lot better if the bed side stand be a little bigger so that we can put a little more things other than our phone, also if the room could have some hooks on the wall for us to hang our jackets and towels.
Thank you so much for such a lovely and wonderful stay. I also met a lot of amazing people. I would definitely come back in no time❤️

Lake Como is beautiful, I came here for the second time. The hotel is impeccable and very satisfied! There is an infinity pool on the roof with a nice view! The room is clean and tidy, highly recommended!

It says that it is within walking distance from the station, but it is not easy to find the way.
Google Maps also guided me in the wrong direction, so I had to go around and around with my trunk.
Considering this, this is a hotel that I can recommend to travelers who want to experience a great breakfast and service in Italy.
The food and service are the best.
The meticulous attention of the staff is the best that you can never find anywhere else.
I would like to give it more points, but the distance, location, and facilities are mixed with sports facilities, so I personally think it is a bit of a minus.
However, if you have a car, this is completely fine, so please keep that in mind~

Location- hotel ideal location near to ferry . 10-15 min walk to cable car. From como railway station . Go down the stair from the exit of the station. Follow the pedestrian crossing and go down and walk straight into the town . Easy .
Hotel: super clean . Air con was super good and cold ! I love it . Room wise size is ok. Ruben was helpful and explain to us what to do for our W day stay . Where to take ferry. Where to take cable car . He was nice and smiling .
Food: I did not opt for breakfast as there are many food around . I had twice the gelato for nearby shop. It was good !
Overal. My stay in room 403 was great ! Check in and out was easy .
Please stay here. At night I also went to the square juat below and chill out with food .

(It might have been nice to change up a little e.g having boiled eggs/ omelette instead of simple scrambled eggs, especially for those of us with a halal diet and therefore some limited options) everything was perfect in terms of room size, daily housekeeping, lovely toilet and shower. It would be nice to have an iron in the room, although perhaps if I had requested it, there might have been one I could use. Also would have been nice to have had a kettle in the room for a late night hot drink. But these are small suggestions for improvement, otherwise we had a wonderful, comfortable stay in the perfect location. I would return to this b&b as well as their other branches due to the exceptional care and hospitality!

NNataliaThe stay at the hotel exceeded my expectations. The cleaning was excellent. Breakfast was good. Additionally, it was possible to have coffee or tea in between. I'm very much satisfied and can recommend this hotel!
The only thing to be inproved is internet connection, which worked just occasionally but practically either didn't work or was very very slow - if you have no local sim card, it may be a crucial point for you.

GGuest UserThe room was arranged on the first floor, facing the road. There were two emergency exits hidden behind the curtains, and one of the doors was not closed. The soundproofing was very poor, and I could hear people chatting and traffic outside at night. This was the worst hotel to stay in when traveling in Europe. It felt like I was living on the side of a main road.
