"Being around a university means slower and younger vibes. Love the area since we were there for a night on a weekend. The room was huge and everything is good. Love the balcony for sure.
It didn’t come with toiletries, not sure if it can be requested. Cleanliness wise, a bit upset that we found an underwear (not sure used or not), at the back of the sofa… Disturbing but negligible.
Also they have a rooftop area but doesn’t seem to be accessible…"

"We enjoyed our stay here. Clean and spacious room. We rented a car during our stay in Perth, so it does not bother us that the hotel is a distance away from the city area. Furthermore, the parking here is free compared to hotel in the city which charges for parking. The room comes with balcony and great view of the city landscape."

"fantastic location ! woke up to a lovely harbour view , fresh air , directly opposite the ferry trrminal, where you can just hop on the ferry to cross opposite to cbd, downtown, chiantown etc in a mere 10 mins ride ! hotel is clean, new , come fully fitted with kitchenette, onsite carpark is available , also theres a free washing machine and dryer at level 2 and BBq pit which was awesome "

"The location is very good, there is a supermarket about 200 meters away from the hotel. If you choose to cook by yourself, it is very convenient and the cooking utensils are also neat. The hotel staff are very kind.
The biggest disadvantage is that the facilities are old. The air conditioner in the living room outside the suite I stayed in did not cool. Someone came to debug for two consecutive days, but the effect was zero. It happened to be summer, and the temperature in the living room that could not be cooled was close to 30℃ in the afternoon."

"Checked in After 6pm and received email with code to able to draw room key from box. Large room for 3pax and bath room shower head water pressure is good. Only disappointed is unable to connect to WiFi although inform reception still not resolved also phone without cable so unable to call reception."

"Cons: The TV doesn’t have Netflix or YouTube etc. There’s only one cartoon channel to keep the kids entertained. The bathtub area does not have shower head. Only a low-height tap so u need to walk over to the shower area to rinse the soap off. Pros: room is quiet even though we stay at level one. There r 2 washers and 2 dryers free for guests to use. The beds have wheels so I can easily roll one of the beds to be against the wall, since my toddler tends to fall off the bed when sleeping."
