酒店有點偏遠，衹能uber抵達，但是附近快餐店和大型商超也比較多、可以自己購買食物房間微波爐加熱，唯一不好的就是出行不方便。
酒店有游泳池和健身房，不錯。

The hotel is a bit remote and can only be reached by Uber, but there are many fast food restaurants and large supermarkets nearby, and you can buy food and heat it up in the microwave in your room. The only downside is that it is inconvenient to travel.
The hotel has a swimming pool and a gym, which is good.

The service staff are very nice, the hotel is in a quiet location, the room is large, parking is free, and refueling is also convenient

Upon walking into this hotel, we liked what we saw. The lobby area was nice and inviting.The room was nice and clean. We Loved having a fridge and a microwave. The ammenities were nice. The bed was very comfortable. We didn't use the pool or exercise area. We arrived later in the evening and checked out before breakfast even began. Can I just say tho......AMBER!  She was absolutely amazing. She greeted us with a smile and a great attitude which we needed after what we had gone thru at our previous hotel. What a breath of fresh air. We chatted on and on while we checked in. I cannot say enough about how wonderful she was. When we had come down to the lobby shortly after checking in she was mopping the floor and I must say she was happily doing it. She always had a smile on her face. Hotels need more GSA like her. You have a real gem on your hands there. We just loved her.

Breakfast was good and options changed each day.  The first room I was assigned, was above the pool area and it was very very warm and the thermostat on the wall and on the window unit did not work to cool the room.  I had to move all my stuff to a different room with no help. When I asked for a cart to assist, the Front Desk Clerk who had just offered to help, said he was in a hurry and had to return to Front Desk asap.  He did tell me where to find a cart as he ran back to the elevator.  I had the Please Clean Room Light on all 3 days I spent in new room, but room was not cleaned.  When I said something to Front Desk, they told me I had to request that service from them.  Why do they have the lights, if they are ignored?  The Hotel was in decent shape and I found both rooms clean when I checked in.  Great Location.  It was very close to the business I was visiting.

I checked in on March 9th and came after a long flight at 8:45 p.m. No one was at the desk but 2 guys were hanging casual clothes on the couch. I went up and tried to use my virtual key but it didn't work. So I came down to the front desk. One of the guys got up from the couch and it turns out it was the front desk person. He did not say ”hello” or ”welcome.” The next evening I called the front desk because I needed toilet paper and towels. No one picked up the phone, then I called housekeeping and someone picked up. I asked if they were going to bring the items up. The man said, ”Nope. I'm all by myself here.” So apology or anything. The customer service is non-existent. I also had experienced this on a brief stay to the Hampton Inn in Southfield/West Bloomfield. They have really gone downhill big time. In this area Hampton Inn equals no hospitality.
