I travelled with my parents and having recently come back from a 10 night stay I wanted to share my experience for the benefit of others. First of all, the food was absolutely fantastic. I’m a vegetarian and there was such a huge variety in the main food market restaurant and the pool side restaurants for lunch. The food was always incredibly fresh and delicious. Breakfast was my favourite with pancakes made in front of you. The rooms were lovely, very spacious and clean. We were lucky to have a bath in our rooms and an extra large balcony. We spent time around the main pool and the adult only pool which were both very clean, with a large amount of choice of sunbeds around the main pool. All sun beds were rearranged at the end of the day, all areas cleaned, the cleaners were absolutely faultless. The staff also stuck to the no bed hogging rules which was a really nice touch and created no big rush in the mornings although there were still a huge amount of spare beds around the main pool that were empty at any time of day. On to the downsides and the reason I rated the hotel 3 stars: The most crucial aspect of the holiday that I was looking forward to was to catch up on some much needed sleep after weeks of stress. Unfortunately this wasn’t possible. There was no sound proofing in the rooms, with gaps at the bottom of the main doors causing a lot of noise from the hallways to filter through, from people laughing and shouting at each other to children stomping up and down at all hours of the day, to the child in the room next door screaming for hours and the drunk lads on their balcony shouting at each other late at night I was constantly woken up, though I suppose if your room is closer to the end of the hotel, it is likely quieter. Whilst the room was pleasant, there were a couple of other issues aside from the sound proofing. The bath was very slippery even just with water and stepping in. This could be easily remedied by providing non slip bath mats for the tubs. Some of the fixtures were also loose, the bath taps were barely hanging on and a couple of the plug sockets were very loose. Potentially an issue if you had young children. My second main gripe is regarding the number of children and lack of adult only areas. The hotel was an odd mix of mainly young families and older couples. The only designated adult only space was the adult only pool, which didn’t provide enough space and sunbeds for the amount of adults that wanted to escape the screaming children. You would find children in every single other area of the hotel with no respite inside, when you want a relaxing experience, hearing children crying, whining, walking into you in the restaurant, sitting in the middle of the restaurant floor by the food station, spilling drinks on you etc is not what you signed up for. Even in the bar at 7/8pm, there would be babies crying that the adults just let cry instead of considering the impact it had on others. Whilst I didn’t venture into the

Just returned from a fantastic one week stay with a friend. There is not one thing I could fault and can’t wait to return. The hotel, grounds and pools are all immaculate and the staff could not be more friendly & helpful. The food is fantastic, they must all work so hard to produce such a huge choice of gorgeous tasty high quality meals. How anyone can criticise this hotel especially the food is beyond me! The choice all day is unbelievable and all beautiful. What was wonderful was getting a peaceful nights sleep every night. It’s the only hotel I have ever stayed in where I hardly heard a thing from surrounding rooms, which to me is so important. Thank you for such an amazing relaxing holiday, I can’t wait to return 💗

Having a great time for the second time in 3 weeks. The animation team are incredible. Cass, Lara, Lola, JJ, Juanka have been great entertainers throughout our stay. The food at the hotel isn’t the best but the overall vibe makes it worth it. 5th time here and will definitely be coming back.

I've been in 16 different holidays with TUI ALL INCLUSIVE resorts, but this time I got stung real bad with this LIE. I asked for a Platinum, superior, luxurious, adults (I don't mind the kids, we got kids also) full all inclusive 5 star hotel. We got offered this hotel compared as "similar to Lopesan Boabab (15minutes walk to it) and we chose to trust TUI with this choice. What a bad choice! A silent-mute hotel, with only a total of 1 hour of entertainment per day for the kids. Everywhere is quiet, no music. I even had a french woman shouting on the balcony for me to turn off the TV in my room, as her kids are asleep and it bothers them. UNTOLD by TUI, I discovered that in this resort Smoking is not allowed anywhere but the parking lot in front of the hotel, or the very far back of the resort standing up, no tables no seating, no respect for the smokers. Behind the toilets of the pool area. I even angered some non-english speaking staff from the hotel for traveling towards these smoking places with the cigarrette lit, in my hand (sorry dude, it was my first day.. I didn't see the signs and I'm certainly not used to that, open space, sky above my head, im walking the resort premises and I got a cigarette in my hand.. big deal) Check my pictures for more! When I arrived, the first morning I took my beach towels that the hotel provides to my sunbeds, and gone back in the lobby for TUI MEETING (it happens at 9-10am for the new TUI clients coming to the hotel) upon returning, my towels got taken away by a staff member who didn't even speak english, supposedly I'm not allowed to "reserve" sun beds, and go wonder about before 11AM, an english hotel client explained to me as he overheard my "conversation" who was sat next to our sunbeds. So I said sorry, I didn't know... can I have my towels back?, he also explained that the staff took them and they charge 5 EUROS per lost towels. So there goes my first impression of the place.. after this, I got forced to choose the adults only pool, where you could "reserve" the sunbeds, at the price of 25EUROS per day, there goes 150euros from our spendings for 6 days of sunbeds at the ADULTS ONLY pool. The food and drinks at this resort, during our 7 nights stay was COLD, UNDERCOOKED, little to non choice, bad variaty, check my photos for more. The drinks are 1 kind of beer options, as all inclusive, they don't serve any cocktails at any of the bars in the resort, your left with only "rum and coke please" or "gin lemonade please"... you get the picture. They do not offer any variaty at breakfast, every bloody day was the same food, they do not offer real squeeze orange juice unless you pay a hefty price of 6euros for a glass, yet they offer 3 kinds of juice but they are the concentrate 1 euro kind of drinks like the ones from supermarket. The evening dinner is grilled fish fillet and/or grilled chicken or pork or ham, depending on the night. They undercook and rush it to your plate, to get the next customer ser
