Incentivati dalle numerose recensioni positive abbiamo scelto questa struttura per la vicinanza al mare ed alla spiaggia di Amadotes, unica nota positiva per questa struttura, per il resto concordo con altre esperienze, ovvero letti scomodi soprattutto per il terzo letto che in pratica è un divano che si apre e resta per terra con i cuscini, abbiamo subito richiesto una brandina perché nostro figlio non riusciva a dormire, la brandina sgangherata con un materassino inesistente non ha retto nemmeno per una notte! I letti della camera da letto sono due letti singoli durissimi con cuscini altissimi e scomodi insomma per il nostro riposo e’ stata una settimana da incubo. Receptionist inesistenti, nessuno si è prodigato per risolvere la nostra problematica! La pulizia passa poche volte ed è molto molto superficiale e per farcela fare bisogna lasciare il cartellino dietro la porta altrimenti nulla. Parcheggio inesistente, anzi alla reception si conservano il posto di quello che smonta dal turno che si mette d’accordo con chi attacca il proprio turno e si scambiano il posto che invece dovrebbe essere a disposizione dei clienti. Non abbiamo provato colazione e cena perché prima del nostro arrivo ci era stato scritto che costava 13,50 a testa per adulto e bambino 50%, invece al nostro arrivi il prezzo non era quello ma bensì 30 euro al giorno adulto e 50% bambini e nonostante avessimo dimostrato il LORO Errore con la mail non ci hanno agevolato in nessun modo! Assolutamente scorretti! Sicuramente non torneremo in questa struttura con zero confort e scortesia del personale

Die Lage, das freundliche Personal, das Essen -＞ alles perfekt ! Okay, es gibt in der Anlage paar Sachen die renovierungsbedürftig sind, aber die stören, wenn überhaupt, nur optisch! Der Aufzug zum Strand ist genial. Bars, Geschäft und Busverbindungen sind gut fußläufig zu erreichen (geschätzte 300 Meter )

Extremely disappointing- would not recommend . We arrived late in the evening - with 2 children . They had no booking reservation for us and despite my booking confirmation, they dismissed my reservation and advised I would have to pay for the room 350 euros. I insisted I had paid a lot of money and tried to show them the bank transactions but they really were not interested. I had an awful night of worry on what had happened to be faced with reception in the morning stating it wasn’t good news. They showed me an email that advised the company I had booked through had cancelled the room. I got through to my company at 9am and they advised it was a live booking. After an hour of worrying, it finally transpired it was the hotels error. The reception staff didn’t show any empathy and in the end I insisted to speak to a manager at which point I broke down in tears. The manager upgraded us which helped to soften the stress of what had happened. However this was the start of many issues which you wouldn’t expect on an all inclusive 5 star hotel package. The buffet food was the same morning lunch and night. The booking app was down so couldn’t book restaurants or the promised Zipline which is advertised. The Zipline only seemed to run once whilst we were at the hotel despite it being Easter half term. You can’t get cocktails in any of the restaurants so I had to get this from the bar and carry it into dinner with me. The children’s pool is a 5 minute walk away from the other pool where the towel station is. The bar at the children’s pool only opens at midday and doesn’t serve cocktails and offers no snacks. Overall the atmosphere is dead at this hotel and I personally wouldn’t recommend it.

Overall good average experience.
Location was very nice and views were good.
Breakfast had not lot of variety and was repeated every second day.
We tried buffet dinner only once. Food was unfortunately not upto the mark against what we paid.
Staff is friendly and helpful. Room was regularly cleaned.
Gym opens only at 8:30 in the morning and closes at 8:00 PM. Which is not very practical timing considering breakfast ends at 10 (last entry 9-9:30). Although we wanted to use Gym, we couldn’t due to timing constraints.

Gutes Hotel in ruhiger Lage. Mit dem Bus ist man in 5 min am Amadores Beach und in 10 min in Puerto Rico. Der Strand am Hotel ist gut aber die Wellen sind mitunter hoch und nix fpr Kinder.

Hyggelig personale i slitent hotell.
Utsikten er upåklagelig fra de fleste av rommene i hotellet. Heis ned til strand/strandpromenade et stort pluss, for her er det snakk om høydeforskjeller. Få kaffeer åpne på dag/ettermiddag langs strand-promenaden, desto travlere på den eneste åpne kaffeen om formiddagen beliggende i det lille senteret i Playa de Cura. Slitent hotell som hadde proffitert på en oppgradering ute og inne. Personale som tilstrebet vennlighet og god service og som lyktes med begge deler. Heisen er trang, men tre av rommene i hotellet kan være egnet for brukere av rullestol, alle ligger i plan 2, og har inngang fra markterrasse. Harde senger, men ryggen holdt (så vidt) hos to "gamlinger" i hhv 60 - og 70- årene.
