We zijn heel tevreden van ons verblijf bij Playa Feliz! We hadden half pension en het ontbijt en avondeten was heel uitgebreid en lekker! Er was variatie in het avondbuffet, een hele ruime keuze en enkele thema-avonden. Onze kamer (appartement) was prima in orde. Beetje verouderd misschien, maar proper en alles was in orde. Goede bedden, dus we hebben goed geslapen. Goede, ruime douche. Het is een voordeel dat je ook van de faciliteiten van Orquidea kan genieten (zwembaden, ontbijt, avondeten, animatie,….) Ligt er echt vlak naast. Wij hebben vooral genoten van het zwembad aan Playa Feliz, daar was het iets rustiger. Wij zijn midden augustus geweest en er waren steeds zonnebedjes beschikbaar aan het zwembad. Er waren wel handdoekleggers, maar dat was eigenlijk niet echt nodig. Iedereen was ook super vriendelijk en behulpzaam. Zeker een aanrader!!! Tip: bezoek cocktailbar Franky’s aan de overkant van de straat! :-) Nog een tip: hoewel het avondeten zeker goed was, zou ik overwegen om volgende keer enkel ontbijt te nemen. Tegenover het hotel is een super gezellig ‘stadje’ met winkeltjes en restaurantjes, waar je aan heel goede prijzen lekker kan eten en heel gezellig om te zitten! Nog een tip: garden party op maandagavond in de zomer in de tuin van het hotel. Was heel leuk!

We spent an amazing 2 weeks at Playa Feliz, in May, in a lovely poolside apartment. Hotel staff at Playa Feliz and Orquida were all really helpful and friendly, with the exception of the grumpy staff at Thea’s bar in Playa Feliz. Ella from the entertainment team was so lovely and really got to know our children. She was always happy, smiling and full of energy. She’s an asset to TUI! Vidal and Ali in particular, made our daughter’s holiday. They were fun and friendly, always remembered her name and would always chat when around the complex. Even in their own time! Our little boy adored all three of the baby club girls, and looked star struck when he saw them up on the stage during teams night. Pools were brilliant. Warm and clean. Food was really nice. Out of 14 nights, we only had one bad night. Didn’t really fancy anything they were serving and even the pizza was bad that night. The other nights were lovely. Always lots to choose from. Loved the cocktails. Especially the daily specials served at lunch. The garden party and foam party were so much fun. I can’t really fault anything. The whole place was spotless and we loved our stay. Would definitely go back again!

Excellent hotel, very good food, great facilities, especially for the kids. The accommodation was clean, spacious and well appointed. Staff were exceptionally friendly and helpful. We had a great week.

We had an ocean view room which was absolutely wonderful. The staff at Playa Feliz are very friendly and extremely service minded. The cleaning of the rooms were top notch and all encounters with anyone working at the resort was positive. We will definitely visit again!

I absolutely loved this place, couldn’t fault food/drinks. We had a few issues with accommodation to start with but was quickly resolved. Great value for money and great how can use the other hotel with all their facilities.

All good, but no SMART TV. Otherwise the hotel was okey. Great staff. Friendly and helpful. Good location. Good for families with smaller children.

I had a very disappointing experience at this establishment. My son accidentally left his tablet and headphones outside the restaurant. Both items had name stickers and were easily recognizable. Another guest saw a staff member pick up both items. When I went to reception the next morning, I was given back the tablet but was told the headphones had not been seen. Later, when I asked again, the receptionist checked the back room and said they were not there. This felt very strange. My husband later went to the desk and explained that a guest had witnessed a staff member collecting both items. Only then did a different receptionist go to the back room and return with the headphones. Just before he was saying that he didnt know what my husband was talking about. This behavior was unprofessional and dishonest. The staff clearly knew the headphones were there but chose not to return them until pressured. It left us with a very negative impression and made us feel misled as guests. I cannot recommend this place based on such an unpleasant and untrustworthy experience.
