Wonderful everything, the place, its incredible staff always attentive and friendly. The facilities are top 10 and the pool is really good, with a spa area and jets.
Highlight its varied buffet and everything is very rich.

Stayed in this hotel for a week. Don't be fooled this is not a 4 star hotel, more like a 3 star. The room was large and comfortable. Had a lovely stay. Although it was quite far from the beach, and about a 20min walk to the yumbo center. Didn't eat breakfast there as I didn't like what was on offer so I ate out. I did have some money go missing from my room on the Friday after I arrived, so please be careful if you stay here. I didn't report it, which I regret now. Overall though a pleasant hotel, just use the safe.

La struttura esternamente non è male, giardini molto curati, piscina molto bella ma acqua fredda, personale ristorazione gentile. Pasti a buffet mediocri con varie scelte, pasta immangiabile perchè stracotta...Posizione tranquilla. Serve il taxi per andare in centro e in spiaggia, costo circa € 7.00 a viaggio. Per chi può meglio il noleggio di un'auto, non costano molto...!!! Parcheggio fuori dall' Hotel quasi sempre disponibile. I bungalows interni decisamente da ristrutturare. Mobili datati!!! La pulizia lasciava a desiderare, asciugamano del bagno con macchie, non lavati bene!!!! Appena arrivato mi hanno assegnato un bungalow fatiscente....ho protestato e dopo varie insistenze me lo hanno cambiato....direi in conclusione che non è assolutamente un Hotel di 4 stelle ma di 3 stelle. Posizione scomoda a tutti i servizi, ma in compenso zona tranquilla e silenziosa.

Abbiamo pagato tantissimo per una struttura di basso livello,struttura lontana da tutte le zone centrale centrale e attrazioni,la parola manutenzione non fa parte del loro vocabolario le stanze e i muri soprattutto in pessime condizioni,arredi che sembrano riciclati,pulizie delle stanze impietosa abbiamo passato 6 giorni con la stessa biancheria, la piscina sporca così come le sdraio vecchie e sporche,la palestra è a pezzi tutte le attrezzature sono praticamente distrutte e arrugginite,Ma il problema principale è il cibo nel buffet e alle colazioni,pessimo,cattivo la qualità degli alimenti lascia a desiderare,non abbiamo mai usufruito di tutto ciò piuttosto preferivamo andare a spendere dalla mattina alla sera altrove. Volevo citare soprattutto il signore brizzolato della reception che fa il turno notturno/serale: cafone,maleducato,volgare con un atteggiamento scorretto e sgradevole verso chiunque una persona del genere non dovrebbe mai lavorare a contatto con le persone. Very good hotel with possibilities of all inclusive. The only negative thing is that it is situated a bit far from for example Beach or center or shopping centers, and there is no shortcuts. Abbiamo soggiornato per 10 notti, avendo prenotato per un hotel a 4 stelle ci aspettavamo molto di più, Pulizia insufficiente, lenzuola e pavimento non lavati tutti i giorni, spesso e quasi sempre lo stesso mangiare, posizione lontana per che non usufruisce di macchina, fortunatamente noi l’avevamo affittata, bellissima piscina, ottimo tutto l’insieme del residence

Las instalaciones, la comida, la piscina, el personal todo muy bien. Sin embargo, todo eso ha cambiado de opinión desde que hemos visto una trampa para obviamente cazar palomas. Ha sido bastante decepcionante encontrarnos algo así en un sitio donde hemos estado tan bien. Desde luego que no queremos volver a un lugar donde maltraten a los animales. Estamos en el siglo XXI y los animales merecen sus derechos y ser respetados. No volveremos.
