Beautiful hotel and good food. Animation is amazing, friendly, very active and professional, their shows are great, very good dancers! I loved doing the stretching, yoga, pilates and aquagym in the morning. Very relatiegeschenken and fun. I especially want to thank Nerea from the animation team, she brightened up my day with her kindjes, spontanity, friendlyness and she's a lovely, professional animator, i hope the staff will read this, because she deserves a compliment by doing her job very well! 👍🙌👌👏👏👏🙏💕💕💕💕💕 Thank you Nerea! 🥰

3 star at best - not worth your money We had high hopes for our holiday after family previously visiting, but unfortunately this hotel fell far short of expectations. The air conditioning was incredibly poor and clearly outdated. Our room felt stuffy and uncomfortable, making it difficult to relax or sleep. The air conditioning in the whole building is basically non existent!! The walls are paper-thin. You can hear everything from the rooms next to you and even from above – crying babies, people walking around sounds like elephants, talking – not exactly the peaceful break we were hoping for. The rooms are not in good shape. Even hallway carpets to the rooms have stains and cracks in the wall. A basic room is BASIC.. 2 star basic!! Single beds pushed together, diabolical air conditioning, TV with poor signal, stains on walls. Clearly not 4 star standard !!! To top it off, if you want a kettle, iron or a fan you have to HIRE one !! No kettle or iron in the room, unbelievable!!! To hire an iron you have to pay 3 euro for the iron and 4 euro for the ironing board and hire for a minimum of 7 days and wait for it to be ordered in, so an extra 50 euro on top they want !!!! Can't even hire it for 1 day!!!!! Ludicrous! Avoid the main restaurant!! The food is really poor. Low-quality ingredients and a lot of cheap meat. Not much variety either – very repetitive and bland. Expect long queues to get in and then long queues to get hot meat, so by the time you sit down your foods cold anyway !! Like a school canteen ! The all-inclusive package is tiered, which they don’t make clear when booking and you only find out on arrival!!! So all-inclusive is not all inclusive !! And don't expect a nice cocktail on all inclusive either, as it's out of a machine !!! The glasses are that small you're constantly going back & forth!! After 11 PM, everything shuts down and you have to start paying out of pocket. The entertainment is almost non-existent. It’s mostly just the holiday reps trying to keep things going with minimal effort or budget. We went to Guest Relations several times and were told we’d get an upgraded room if we waited a few days – which we agreed to and even said we were happy to pay for. But when the time came, they didn’t even bother to show us the room properly. Instead, they handed us some room cards and told us to check it ourselves – only to find it was the exact same basic room, just in a different area! When we complained again, they tried to justify it by saying those were the same rooms other family members stayed in previously – a clear attempt to fob us off. It’s worth noting that stay was in October when air conditioning isn’t really a big issue, but in the middle of summer, proper air con is essential – and this just didn’t cut it The male TUI rep has been helpful, and it took him speaking to management to hopefully have an actual upgraded room tomorrow with hopefully decent air con !!!
