We really enjoyed chilling by the pool and the amount of entertainment that they have at the hotel for both children and adults, they have amazing staff including the entertainment staff who are always making sure you have the best time especially Lara who is always laughing.

Very fun activities, great staff. Very good place to relax. The mojito class was fantastic. And the gym and spa facilities are of a good quality and added to the experience. Furthermore, the rooms were cosy and the balcony was a satisfying size.

Our stay at the hotel has been fantastic, largely thanks to the incredible animation team, especially Lara and Valentine. They truly went above and beyond to make our vacation memorable. Their energy and enthusiasm are infectious, and they always have a smile on their faces. They organized so many fun activities throughout the day, keeping everyone entertained without being intrusive. One afternoon, they even made us the most delicious mojitos by the pool – perfectly refreshing and a testament to their dedication to guest satisfaction. They're not just animators; they're genuinely lovely people who clearly love what they do. We're already looking forward to coming back and seeing them again!

hotel is pleasant, food is overal good (not extreme good), I had very nice garden room on ground floor. Personal is very friendly. Dinner room is some noisy due to bad acoustics. It was my 4th time with the best experience. Due to circumstances I stayed on the hotel campus most of the days. Swimming pools are very nice. Luckily it is not allowed to reserve beds early (it happens) but there are so many beds you can find always one. I loved the adult area without kids !

Esperienza stupenda, fantastico resort immerso nel verde, pulizia, ordine , all inclusive con scelta vastissima di piatti, super consigliato per famiglie ma anche per coppie , area solo adulti . Centro fitness nuovissimo, personale eccellente! Ritorneremo!🥰

Really poor rude staff. Over heard how one customer was being spoken to by the concierge and was appalled by it. They were raising their voice at him, pointing. No manager on duty to step in they said “no managers in the evening” which makes me think what if something serious happened? There’s no staff with authority to do anything? The food is really poor and feels the same every night with not much choice. Not many healthy options making it hard for myself as diabetic. The bed in my room is really hard and there’s only one pillow which again is very firm giving me a bad neck pain.

Très bel Hôtel avec prestations excellentes . Chambre spacieuse avec balcon , très bonne literie , lumineuse , propre. Restaurant Food Market avec buffets variés et copieux , plusieurs soirées à thèmes , mexicain , canarein , espagnol, fruits de mer .... . Salle spacieuse avec terrasse . Personnels sympathiques , sérieux. Équipe d'animation au top , merci à Valetina , Maeva et Fran . Merci à Mélanie pour l'organisation des excursions , pour sa proposition location voitures chez Orlando bon rapport qualité prix.

Een super mooi en schoon hotel. Voldoende ligbedden en zitjes. Vriendelijk personeel, heerlijk eten en geluiddichte kamers. Prik /kwaliteit is prima!. Ondanks de grote vh hotel valt de drukte mee.9 top hotel , we komen hier zeker terug er is ook een mogelijkheid om in het Italiaanse of Aziatische restaurant te eten
