Desde las instalaciones hasta el personal, ¡todo un 10! Llegamos en el primer vuelo de la mañana y a las 11 ya estabamos en el hotel. Aunque el check-in era a partir del medio día, nos dejaron desayunar y en cuanto estuvo la habitación disponible nos llamaron y pudimos disponer de ella. La recepcionista muy amable y muy educada, y siempre pendiente de todo lo que pudieramos necesitar. La habitación grande y equipada con todo lo necesario. Las señoras de la limpieza encantadoras. En cuanto al restaurante, siempre había variedad de carne, pescado y ensaladas. Los camareros súper amables y atentos. También los del bar y el personal de la piscina y de entretenimiento. ¡Hasta el personal de control de acceso!Muy recomendable. ¡Repetiremos sin duda! Enhorabuena por el gran equipo que hace que podamos disfrutar de las vacaciones como si estuviéramos en casa.

Net terug van een vakantie met partner en vrienden. Fijn hotel, goed ontvangst, mooi en schone kamers. De airco werkt goed en het bed ligt lekker. Veel keuze bij ontbijt, lunch en diner buffet. De koffie is helaas niet te drinken. Hier zouden ze wel echt beter in kunnen investeren. We zijn iedere dag ijskoffie gaan halen buiten het hotel bij de supermarkt. Genoeg ruimte bij het zwembad. Er worden wel handdoeken gelegd maar niet om 6 uur ‘s ochtends al! Leuk animatieteam en er zijn veel activiteiten te doen. De themarestaurants, Aziatisch en Spaans, zijn niet echt de moeite waard. Hier is ook een reservering voor nodig en dit kun je het beste doen bij aankomt. Elke vrijdag is er in een ander Riu hotel een white of neon party. Dit is echt fantastisch! Ook dit is aan te raden om bij aankomst meteen te reserveren want niet iedereen kan mee. Wij zijn aanwezig geweest bij de neon party. Van tevoren in de receptie was er schmink. Transfer van en naar het feest is fantastisch geregeld. Heerlijke drankjes en veel dansen bij het feest. Wij hebben genoten van de vakantie!

Una semana sin preocupaciones. Buena atención de personal de hotel. El colchón estaba algo incómodo. Aparcamiento siempre ocupado, tuve que buscar sitios fuera de hotel para guardar mi coche de alquiler. Transporte playa- hotel bien organizado.

Um excelente Hotel/Resort para desfrutar de uma boa estadia, foram 2 semanas óptimas para descansar e gozar. O pessoal é de uma simpatia invulgar, óptimos profissionais, o nosso quarto muito agradável no 6.º andar virado para outro Hotel e a sua piscina. Toda a tarde até ao pôr do sol a varanda foi iluminada pelo astro rei. A praia dista 10 minutos a pé embora o hotel disponibiliza transporte gratuito de ida e volta. A alimentação muito variada e de muito boa qualidade. O asseio impera neste Hotel a todos os níveis. Experiência para repetir.

First impressions - clean and fresh. Staff were fantastic from the reception staff, bar staff, restaurant staff and the room maids. This holiday was two women needing a break and a rest and that is exactly what we got. The food in the main restaurant was faultless day after day and for all meals. There was always something different to eat and everything was fresh and very tasty. Never an issue with sunbeds. We were able to get a sunbed every day. The pool and surrounding area was kept clean and there was plenty of games and exercise going on throughout the day. We didn’t bother with the evening entertainment if I’m honest but we could hear music and fun n laughter which is always a good sign. We didn’t go to the beach either but I understand there is a shuttle bus to and from the beach numerous times a day. Overall amazing and thank you
