Dit was voor mij en mijn vriend de eerste vlieg vakantie. Door de beoordelingen waren wij al enorm enthousiast over dit hotel, maar toen wij binnen kwamen werd dit enthousiasme alleen maar groter! We waren er nog geen 48 uur en zeiden tegen elkaar “Hier gaan wij volgend jaar weer heen en dan langer!!!”. Het personeel is super vriendelijk! Van de receptie tot aan de huishoudelijke dienst! Er zijn leuke activiteiten voor jong en oud. Wij hebben alle 2 een maagverkleining en de 24/7 toegang tot eten/drinken/snacks is hierdoor extreem fijn! Scheelde boodschappen doen :) Ook ligt het hotel op een goeie plek, niet te ver van uitgaan gelegenheden en winkels! Met de taxi kwamen wij niet verder als 30 minuten rijden!

el personal de lo mejor, amables siempre con una sonrisa atendiendo a todo momento, el buffet yo no soy muy partidario pero me sorprendió 6 días y no repetí ningún día, la habitación amplia y el servicio genial, aconsejó con vistas al jardín, para mi excelente en todos los sentidos

Stayed here end of may for a week and what a fantastic hotel Rooms are spotless comfy beds and amazing shower The food is great as well with loads of choice we went to the Asian restaurant during our stay and was very impressed Peeps outside grill is good for snacks when sitting around the pool The pool can be a bit cool once you get in but is lovely once you are in Pool area is stunning as well with loads of beds Location is fab as well as only a ten minute walk to most nightlife Would definitely recommend this hotel only thing I would say is that I don’t think k I would be back to playa de ingles as it is very run down from when I was there 20 years ago But the Riu team keep up the good work this hotel is just amazing

Had a wonderful time for 11 nights AI in Febuary. Food and drinks super loved eating outside as nice area and weather was kind. I have walking difficulties so use a rollator in the day and wheelchair (which the reception staff were very helpful sorting hire) for the evening. Everything had been thought of for the disabled guests our room had a walk in shower with safety rails there was a safe separate entry into the pool with a number of disabled toilets easily accessible. The staff were marvellous very kind and helpful all of them. This has been the best resort I've stayed at there is nothing more they could do for the disabled traveller. Well done!

We had a lovely holiday at the RIU Papayas Gran Canaria. Everything was fabulous including meals/accomodation/entertainment/and very courteous staff.

Great hotel - good food - great bar service - exceptionally clean - excellent entertainment i personally dont like the fact you are no smoking - and wasn't really advertised as such before hand you need a table tennis table - staff were excellent friendly attentive and bar staff very quick and funny

✨ Prachtig en piekfijn onderhouden hotel met ruime kamers. 🍽️ Het eten is overheerlijk, maar vooral het ongelooflijk vriendelijke en behulpzame personeel maakt het verblijf echt onvergetelijk. 👏 Een absolute aanrader in Gran Canaria! 🌟
