Good morning, it wasn't all that good. Iron closed, cockroaches, the pool is difficult to access, little food for the children, the entertainment is good with bingo

They told me that I should cover my top and be able to do topples in my hammock where there is no sign prohibiting it.

We only stayed 1 day but on an all-inclusive basis and the truth is that it is super good, it has 3 swimming pools, two for adults and one for children. The snack bar is quite varied, just like the buffet, a little more food is needed, but for the price it is quite good, we liked it a lot.

Nice hotel and very good for a three star. Food is decent but the restaurant can be busy. There is always something going on, quality of entertainment is mixed but you will have some good acts during your stay will have a good time. The food can have a range of things with bones that the kids and some adults won't be used to but there is an an dance of salads , fruits, pasta, ham and cheese alongside the more unusual specials. Generally I have no complaints for the price of the stay. It can be busy at peak times but you will always get a sunbed even if some people are out at 730 to secure their preferred spot. I hope I'll be back.

We stayed here for 10 days as a family of mixed ages from 8-65. Such a beautiful hotel with lovely pool areas, scenery and well kept in most places. We were little apprehensive due to negative reviews but we really didn’t need to be. Basic 3 star hotel with good selection of food at all meal times. Breakfast was typical pastries, eggs, sausages etc etc. Really lovely. Lunch was hot foods varied each time and same for dinner. Snack bar was great lots of selection which we all enjoyed Only negative was foods to be labelled more and more puddings!! The rooms- we had a 1 bed apartment which was perfect for 10 days. We were lucky to have a kitchen in ours, but some others with apartments only had the lounge without kitchen. Plenty of room in both with a fridge, safe and walk in shower. We had a balcony with tables and chairs. Rooms could be a little cleaner but it wasn’t a huge issue. I did email and request pool view room prior to staying. We were on the evening entertainment side so was noisy at night till about 1am with guests still up drinking even though the entertainment finished at 10.30. Pool areas- Both pool areas are great fun. You have the quiet side which hosts the evening entertainment, has a bar which opens at 12noon. Then the loud side with daytime entertainment, snack bar and pool bar which opens at 10am. Now sun bed issues…..on the days we wanted a full pool day we did go down at 7 and sat in a spot we wanted as they unchain the beds at 7.30ish. The loud side is more popular so busier. But sometimes when we came back later in day say 2/3pm we could get some random beds still. Most people do reserve beds and stay on them all day which i definitely think is absolutely fine to do so. We did reserve beds on both sides 4/5 out of our 10 days. Local area- it’s is quite quiet around the area, however there are bars/places to eat and lots of little shops to buy souvenirs. There is a place called the B-yard which is great for big screen tv/food and sunset. The steps are NOT BAD!!! Directly outside the front of the hotel are steps…lots of them and in all honesty they are fine!! The hill is worse!!! Don’t make the mistake of walking up the hill to Lidl!! Just pop round the corner to hipodino! There is a beautiful place to eat/drink next to hipodino I can’t remember what it’s called but you go up some steps and can look out to the sea. We visited los gigantes, las Americas for shopping, Hard Rock Cafe and cocktails and market, lunch and cocktails. Costa adeje, Los Cristianos, playa arena and Siam park. We used taxis for all of these apart from playa arena and los gigantes. Don’t just stay in the hotel go and explore!!! The area js beautiful and quiet but still things going on. If you want a lively evening then yes you will need to go further away. We had cocktails in los gigantes which has a lovely walk via the natural pool. We went to the market at los cristianos/lunch/shopping and cocktails. Entertainment- Daytime is typical games

Lovely little area the hotel is located in with some beautiful walks right next to the coast, the sunset was amazing to watch. The hotel is generally clean and the pool and pool area is well maintained. The food was good and the staff work hard to ensure a good experience. The bad points are you have to que for a while to get a drink at the pool bar, they could do with two people serving. Our room air conditioning was not working properly and we asked for it to be inspected and this didn't happen. We had ants in our room also. We requested a kettle and this didn't arrive either. Overall a good experience and would recommend for young families.

I've not seen a cockroach, but I'm guessing they are here if my experience of coming to tenerife before it's a tropical island, what do you expect. The hotel is clean all the staff are overworked but friendly and helpful. The tui reps are nice. Food is good, something for everyone. I've not seen any drinks watered down, unlike some other reviews, unless they have the spirit testers from weights and measures. Would have no problem booking again. Thank you for the experience.
