Absolute fantastic hotel. From the moment we arrived at reception and welcomed with a glass of champagne, to the moment we left the service here is second to none. Excellent service where they will do anything they can do to cater to your every need, this hotel is absolutely exceptional. Even the lovely touch where they give out little sweets to the kids at check out and some water to head to the airport with. It’s just these little things that make a difference and make you feel special. I loved the welcome bottle of champagne and chocolates in the room and I loved the stunning sea views on our balcony. Don’t be put off with the price to book, you get what you pay for and this hotel is worth every penny in my opinion. Thoroughly deserved its 5 stars. See you next year! (Hopefully!)

2nd visit - exceptional again! Went with a 2 bed suite which was enormous. Having both a sunrise AND a sunset balcony seemed very opulent indeed. Staff all remembered our names by the pool which was a lovely touch. Housekeeping exceptional again. Ate in both the Italian and starfish restaurants on site and both were very good indeed with exceptional service. Front desk team were great as always and there were nice touches such as chocolate and wine on arrival and thoughtful welcome and goodbye notes left in the room. The place was spotlessly clean still and it was nice to see the plants with another years development. It is great that the pool shuts at 7.00 to enable those eating at the starfish to have a bit of peace but I have to say that you would never consider it noisy at any point in the day really. Would we book for a 3rd time in as many years - definitely! Finds like these are rare indeed. Nothing has really changed in La Caleta itself since last year - still quiet with some very good restaurants! Well done to all the team and thank you once again.

Our second visit to this amazing hotel and everything was just as good as we remembered! Hopefully we can make a third visit in 2026. I really can’t add anything new to the hundreds of glowing reports - go, you won’t be disappointed!

An excellent hotel, very friendly staff, amazing rooms and the best breakfast buffet you could wish for. The location is good, a quiet village with some restaurants around. The main resort is a short bus ride away. We would like to return here again.
