Holiday Inn Express San Bernardino - Colton - Photo Gallery

A rather disappointing Holiday Inn Express, conveniently located for an overnight stay after a long drive, right off Highway 215. The reception in the simple hotel lobby was unenthusiastic, but at least quick. Room 209 was spacious and clean, but the furniture was quite worn and scratched. There were clearly visible stains on the floor and sofa. The bathtub couldn't hold the water due to a broken drain plug, and the faulty faucet made it difficult to adjust the water temperature to a comfortable level. The room remained pleasantly quiet despite its proximity to the highway, and the quite pleasant pool was also spared from the noise, although it is shaded early in the afternoon. Only the breakfast was up to the usual Holiday Inn Express standards and was varied and outstanding.

It's a good experience. I've lived in this hotel for so long that I've gotten used to their rhythm. The food is good and the accommodation is clean. I'd still recommend staying here next time.
