Tortuguero is a must on a trip to Costa Rica. The place is alive with animal sounds, so interesting and beautiful to navigate through the waterways, and lots of wildlife. Laguna Lodge is very comfortable, in the middle of the forest and right next to the sea. Lots of birds! The food was amazing, abundant and tasty. Friendly and good service. Clean and comfortable rooms. Fernando, our guide for some of the excursions, is excellent - so knowledgeable and so much respect for nature.

Accessibile solo in barca, in una posizione favolosa a pochi metri dal mare e dal canale che porta al parco Tortuguero. Lodge con camere spartane ma immersi in un giardino favoloso. La cucina è molto basica e a buffet. Escursioni in barca al parco con un infinità di uccelli e animali. Questi sono anche nei dintorni del lodge e della spiaggia.

este hotel es magnífico; la atención a los turistas es muy buena siempre serviciales, muy gentiles la comida es muy buena si eres vegano ó vegetariano brindan menús comida para este tipo de dietas La vista de la playa y de la laguna principal Pudimos visitar los canales, la ubicación del hotel es muy céntrica apta para visitar el pueblo de Tortuguero, desde que salimos de San José un guía nos acompaño durante los tres días el Sr. Carlos Arceyut es de los mejores guías de la zona, una atención de nota 10 la diversidad de comidas y el sabor caribeño de las mismas ha sido muy buena. La mejor decisión visitar Tortuguero en este hotel. Las habitaciones muy limpias, ordenadas con abanicos el hotel tiene compromiso ambiental por lo cual no hay aire acondicionado los precios son muy buenos, nos incluyeron los tours, actividades, toda la alimentación en fin no tuvimos que pagar nada adicional Laguna Tortuguero Lodge es la mejor opción.

The lodge was great, the surroundings were beautiful, the personnel friendly, the rooms clean and the wildlife extra-ordinary. Our guide Miguel Delgado was the best guide ever and we highly recommend the tour of the Tortuguero national park!

cadre exceptionnel, c est vrai que pour y aller le bateau est indispensable et peut paraitre long, mais ça en vaut le coup, sur place les chambres sont très bien, pas de clim mais ce n est pas gênant. La restauration est bonne. Manger au village d' à côté permet de voir du local; c est bien aussi. Les visites du parc et des carnaux en bateau sont super bien organisées. Surtout ne pas louper le levé de soleil sur l'Océan à 6 H du matin. La piscine est pratique, simple mais efficace.

L’hôtel est idéalement situé et globalement agréable, je n’ai rien à redire à ce niveau. En revanche, je souhaite signaler un incident très préoccupant : j’ai été filmée pendant que je prenais ma douche, à travers la fenêtre de la salle de bain. Malheureusement, il est impossible de couvrir cette fenêtre, ce qui la rend vulnérable à ce genre de situations. Il est très facile pour une personne malintentionnée de se cacher derrière sans être vue. J’ai immédiatement alerté la réception, mais aucune mesure concrète n’a été prise pour informer les autres clientes ou sécuriser les lieux. La priorité semblait davantage être de préserver la réputation de l’établissement plutôt que de garantir la sécurité des femmes. Je vous invite à être très vigilantes. Je n’ai pas pu identifier la personne responsable, mais il est essentiel que chacun soit conscient de ce risque et prenne ses précautions

Etwas in die Jahre gekommene Lodge außerhalb von Tortuguero. Deshalb nur per Fußmarsch oder Recht teures Wassertaxi zu erreichen. Bungalows recht hellhörig und ohne AC und Kühlschrank. Dafür 2 breite Betten.
