I had a wonderful stay at this hotel. The staff were warm and welcoming, providing excellent hospitality throughout my visit. The room itself was in premium condition—clean, well-maintained, and tastefully furnished. One of the highlights was the balcony, which offered a stunning view of the Indian Ocean, perfect for relaxing or sunsets. The hotel’s location is also a big plus, with easy access to most of the main attractions in the area. Highly recommended for both comfort and convenience!

Excellent place if you wishes to do some business in the city. Conveniently placed. Very reasonable price. Good size room. On top of it - beautiful view!

The hotel and the room are newly renovated, very clean and comfortable. The hotel is in a great location, with the sea just outside the curtains. The hotel staff are very friendly and helpful, helping with luggage and providing adapters.

The hardware facilities need to be improved urgently. Who would have thought that such a large hotel does not even have a hair dryer, and the hotel staff need to find and provide it to customers themselves. In terms of sports equipment, the gym shown on the website is only a treadmill and a comprehensive training equipment, and the equipment is rusted and damaged and no one manages it, which is very poor. In terms of breakfast, the website indicates that the breakfast is a buffet, but it is a set meal offline. My room rate includes two breakfasts, but only one is provided during the meal! Guests who are not staying together cannot use the breakfast quota at the same time😓 Thank you, Mr. Ravi, the cleaning waiter, and Mr. Tharusha, the receptionist. Their services made me feel at home. This is a hotel near the sea. If you want to experience Spirited Away, choose this one! There is a restaurant downstairs. The next day, they automatically upgraded my room. Overall, it is worth recommending. It is cost-effective.

The interior was clean and the staff were friendly👍🏽 The view outside was great because it was a sea view of the railroad Breakfast was also good👍🏽

Overall it's good, the room is big, the location is good, there is a train station nearby, you can take the seaside train, and there are many delicious restaurants nearby. The service is great and the hotel is relatively clean.
