Die Mitarbeitern sind sehr super freundlich und hilfsbereit.
Das Zimmer war sehr schön und sehr sauber
Das Lager liegt in der Nähe von Haltestelle Messe/Deutz. Ca2min zu Fuß laufen.

The staff at the rec option desk was very welcoming and friendly. The room was an ok size for a single occupancy. Typical twinbed style as it is common in Europe. Clean room. Comfortable mattress (I prefer the harder mattresses), and shower and sink water pressure were perfect. It is also only a 10-minute walk to Koelnmesse or one subway stop.

Da wir auf einer Veranstaltung in der lanxess arena ware, war die lage des hotels super. Auf die andere strassenseite und schon ist man da. Was mir noch gut gefallen hat war , dass das hotel 24 Stunden besetzt ist.

Gelungener Aufenthalt, gerne wieder
Habe das Hotel aufgrund der Nähe zur Lanxess-Arena gebucht. Der Weg dorthin ist wirklich mehr als optimal....nur wenige Schritte und man ist dort. Auch zum Bahnhof Köln/Deutz nur ein Katzensprung.
Das Personal war durchweg sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit.
Mein Einzelzimmer war sehr schön, das Frühstück habe ich als sehr gut empfunden. Auch dort waren die Service-Damen sehr aufmerksam und nett. Ich habe mich rundum wohl gefühl und komme gern wieder.
