Centro Hotel Arde Koln, Trademark Collection by Wyndham

ケルン大聖堂から歩いて10分くらいのところにあり、すごく立地が良かったです！ サービスもすごく良く、スタッフの方はすごく親切でした！

The hotel environment is really average, the shower head sprays randomly, the hose leaks, and the bed is very small. You get what you pay for. However, the only advantage is that it is close to the attractions. It is okay for friends who don't care about the environment for one night.

First of all, the tall receptionist had a terrible attitude. I thought they didn't care about customer service. And there was no elevator. The cleaning staff helped me carry my heavy suitcase, which I appreciated. As for the room, I was surprised at how bad the bathroom smelled (smelled like urine) even though I had just checked in. It got better after taking a shower and using it a few times, but I wondered if it had been cleaned. Also, the walls of the room were very thin, and the neighboring guests banged on the wall several times just for talking at a normal voice at night. It was the same even when I turned down the volume to a lower level than normal. It's true that it's close to the city center, but there were almost no people around at night, and it was dark and scary. I didn't do enough research to book it without checking the Google Maps rating, but it might be better to stay at another hotel even if you pay a little more. It was quite different from the image in the photo. I don't know if it was the street in front of me or the guests, but I sometimes heard screams, which was scary. The only things provided are towels and a hair dryer.

The location is good, close to Cologne Cathedral. The breakfast menu is limited, so it may be better to eat outside. The hotel is well-cleaned.
