酒店房間設施還可以，早餐也不錯。就是前台服務員有點差勁，讓他幫忙叫個taxi，結果電話叫了一輛超級破舊的奔馳商務車，司機還非要我跟他一起坐前排（商務車肯定是中間位子舒服啊），司機也不會英語，到處繞路，我打開導航他也不看

Top Hotel mit freundlichem und zuvorkommenden Personal. Die Zimmer sind gut ausgestattet und die Betten sind sehr bequem. Das Frühstücksbuffet ist reichhaltig und es wir jeder Wunsch erfüllt. Preisleistung stimmt hier total!

Im Großen Ganzen war es ok. Mehr aber auch nicht. Bett sehr klein und steinhart. Flecken auf dem Teppichboden. Eine abgebrochene Schwanenhalslampe am Nachttisch. Kein Kühlschrank. Frühstück nicht wirklich gut. Keine Mikrowelle verfügbar. Brötchen sehr trocken. Toast vollkommen ausgetrocknet, nicht genießbar. Kein Kakao (wurde allerdings auf Nachfrage gebracht). Küche geschlossen? Lediglich Rührei war vorhanden. Sonst nur kalte Wurst und Käseplatten die teilweise leer waren. Das Mobiliar, speziell die Bestuhlung war augenscheinlich sehr abgenutzt. Positiv waren die allgemeine Sauberkeit und das freundliche Personal. Die Lage des Hotels ist hervorragend. Beim check out wurde nicht einmal gefragt, ob alles in Ordnung war. Schade.

Das Hotel war sehr schön und gut gelegen . Vor allem die Lage zum Weihnachtsmarkt und zum Musical Dome , gute 10 Min zu Fuß. Frühstück war super , Personal sehr nett und zuvorkommend. Sollten wir wieder nach Köln fahren ,werden wir das Hotel bestimmt wieder buchen .
