The hotel is located outside of Koln. The service was satisfactory. I expected more from the four-star hotel. The elevator is not working worth it. There is no parking. You have to look for parking outside the hotel. The breakfast is relatively good and simple

The hotel was advertised as a 4-star property, but it fell well below that standard. The air conditioning was broken, and the hair dryer was so weak it was effectively unusable. Overall, the hotel did not resemble what was advertised on any platform. Given the misleading representation and the failure to provide basic amenities, someone should re-evaluate its 4 star status. The only reason why this property gets a 2/5 vs 1/5 is the polite and helpful staff.

Gute Unterkunft mit freundlichem Personal, Wünsche werden erfüllt, wenn möglich! Frühstück ausgesprochen gut - selbst der Kaffee (viele Varianten) schmeckt sehr gut!! EMPFEHLENSWERT! Wir kommer sehr gern wieder!
