We stayed for 3night no cleaning the room and the 3rd day somebody asked to ckean the room but its to late around 6pm and we was resting and I asked a bottle service water but they dont have I also asked tissue in the reception also dont have.

Nice hotel. 20 minutes by to the centre by team. There is free parking in front of the hotel. The room is big

The room was very good and the breakfast was rich, but the service was very poor. The hotel booked by Ctrip was canceled without notifying me. When we arrived at the hotel, they said the room was full and they moved us to another poor hotel. Later, customers who could speak German fought hard to move us to a better hotel.
