Unfortunately, we didn't like the hotel at all. The check-in was unfriendly and when we politely asked if we could get the room earlier (one of the children really needed a shower), we were rudely informed of the check-in time. Luggage storage is only possible for a fee. It is stated on the website, but for us - at that price - it is actually part of the service. The lack of service continued in the rooms. You have to order cups for brushing your teeth from reception. The breakfast was rather sad and didn't convince us. It reminded us more of a youth hostel from the "old days". For example, the children missed the hazelnut nougat spread that is usually always available (it doesn't even have to be a brand). Apart from very artificial-looking scrambled eggs, there were no eggs and the selection of cold cuts was limited. Oh yes, there was only a small selection of drinks at the bar and there weren't even berries for the Lilet Berry... All in all, a hotel with no service and no feel-good atmosphere.
