Ich war bereits 3 mal da und werde im Mai wieder hinreisen. Das Essen ist super, das Personal freundlich und bemüht und die Anlage ist Klasse. Nahe zum Strand und auch Freizeitmöglichkeiten bestehen reichlich (Fitnessraum, Gamingcenter, kleine Einkaufsläden im Hotel). Die Lage ist super, da direkt vor der Tür eine Haltestelle ist für Dolmusch. Ein Bazar ist Fußläufig in nichtmal 5 min erreichbar. Von Flughafen ist es ca 1. h entfernt, was wir als nicht zu weit empfinden. Der Strand ist sauber und bietet gute Liegen. Am Strand befinden sich Getränkeautomaten und ca 100-200Meter richtung Hotel ist bereits die Beachbar. Die Zimmer sind groß aber renovierungsbedürftig. Da ich mich im Urlaub aber kaum im Zimmer aufhalte, stört mich/uns das nicht. Besonders toll finden wie die Minibar mit guten Softgetränken die jeden Tag aufgefüllt wird. Wer ein Hotel mit guten Preis/Leistungsverhältnis sucht mit super Essen und guter Lage ist hier richtig.

Seneye tekrar gideceğiz ailecek.
Herkese merhabalar Antalya civarındaki otellerde rezervasyon yaptırdığımız zaman genelde tedirgin oluyordum. Bunun sebebi ise sunulan hizmetin kalitesi ve çalışan personellerin kalitesizliği ihtimalleriydi. Alba queen ile bunu aştık gibi.
Otel gerçekten temiz personelleri güler yüzlü ve ilgililerdi. Herhangi bir sorun olduğunda hemen müdahale edip yardımcı olmaya çalışıyorlar. Pastane kısmını çok sevemedim ama yemekleri leziz ve taze. Tatile çıkıp kim kötü yemek yemek ister ki ? Alba queen bunun farkında ve özellikle akşam yemekleri çeşidi çok fazla.
Suyu Berrak ayaklarınızın altında güzel güzel balıklar yüzdüklerini görebiliyorsunuz hiç taş Kayalık cam gibi geçici şeyler yoktu.
Oteldeki bazı eşyaların eski olduğu belirli belli ama bu kalite etki eden bir neden değil ayrıca eşyaların biraz eski olması Fiyatı düşürücü gibi bu otele tam bir fiyat performans yeri de yapıyor çünkü Otel bu eşyaları yenilediği zaman bu sefer otelin fiyatları yükselmek zorunda kalacak ben buna hiç takılmadım Kimsenin de takılacağını zannetmiyorum önemli olan eşyalar bakımından temiz ve düzenli olması.
Sonuç ; Ben ailece gittim toplam 7 kişiydik çok keyif aldık tam bir fiyat performans canavarı yemekleri güzel sahilli muhteşem pişman olmayacağınızı düşünüyorum.

Schönes Hotel. Das Essen war sehr gut und abwechslungsreich. Einfach super. Personal deutschsprachig und sehr freundlich. Schöner Strand der nach wenigen Meter erreichbar ist. Zimmer waren nett, Minibar wurde jeden Tag aufgefüllt. Leider war das WLAN sehr schlecht bzw. sollte man für WLAN am Zimmer zahlen. Auch der Safe war kostenpflichtig. Gute Animation. Würde das Hotel wieder buchen.

Das Hotel ist spitzen klasse ...auch wenn es renoviert werden müsste ....wir sind zum 4x hier ! Essen super , Service, Animation...einfach alle toll!! Das Spa sehr zu empfehlen!!!!! Die Massagen kosten Geld aber bringen auch viel wenn man sich darauf einlässt....gibt es nichts besseres!!!!!

Das Hotel war insgesamt sehr empfehlenswert. Achtung ⚠️ Im Wellnessbereich sind erhöhte Preise. Ausserdem wurde einem aus meiner Gruppe eine Dose 1kg Honig für 250€ verkauft. In meinem Abreisestress konnte ich nichts dagegen machen, was mich immernoch ärgert. Im Nachhinein kann ich sagen das das unverschämt überteuert und nicht korrekt ist. Ich habe mich zu spät informieren lassen das mann bei so etwas gleich eine Beschwerde beim Hotelbesitzer oder sogar bei der Polizei machen darf. Ich möchte hiermit jedem das ans Herz legen, bitte passt auf was ihr außerhalb oder innerhalb des Hotels kauft. Mit dem Rest was im Preis vom Hotel war bin ich sehr zufrieden und würde nächstes Jahr nochmal buchen. Ein großes Lob an die Küche, Reinigungskräfte, Bedienung, und Hotelservice an der Lobby.

Весьма бюджетная четвёрка. Сильно уставший и ушатанный номерной фонд. Весь текстиль (полотенца, шторы, покрывала) затерт практически до дыр. Более или менее в живом состоянии только постельное белье. Минимальная территория которую в основном занимает бассейн. Основной контингент - немцы и поляки преклонного возраста. Приветливый и услужливый персонал. Достаточно чисто. Цена для имеющих паспорт РФ сильно завышена. В общем всё приемлемо, если не одно НО. Покупали мы тур у ФанЭндСан в соседний отель Alba Resort (раннее бронирование аж за три месяца до поездки), где в 2023 прошла реновация, большая зелёная территория, питание разнообразнее и вкуснее. Кстати, в этот отель (Alba Queen) отправили не только нас, но и всех остальных, кто приехал из РФ и купил тур в Alba Resort... Туристов из других стран заселяли и продолжают заселять без каких бы то ни было проблем.

Her anından çok keyif aldığım bir tatil oldu.Beni ve ailemi rahatsız edecek,memnuniyetsizlik hissettirecek en ufak bir olay yaşamadık.Eşyalar biraz eski olsa da oldukça temiz bir otel.Personel ilgili ve güler yüzlü.Misafir memnuniyetine son derece önem veriliyor.Yemekler bol,çeşitli ve oldukça lezzetli.Plaja ulaşmak için biraz yürümek gerekiyor ama zaten biraz hareket etmek lazım, değil mi?Plaj kum ve düzenli olarak bakım ve temizlik yapılıyor.Bu güzel tatil için,Alba Queen otel personeline bir kez daha teşekkür ediyorum.
