Since I was on a business trip, the location was perfect for me since it was from a walking distance from the conference I was attending. The facilities weren't the best, the cleanliness was ok and the service was very good. All in all, was a good stay, specially having in mind the price which was very affordable in comparison with other places.

Helpful and friendly staff. Very spacious room for the price. Within walking distance of the train station and express bus station. Close to the city center, with a large supermarket nearby. The room was simple but had a tea set and a refrigerator, and a bathtub, so I was able to relax. The room was cleaned every day. The heating was not very effective, so it was a bit cold in the winter, but overall it was good value for money, so I would like to stay here again when I'm in Coimbra.

Everything was great...or almost everything.
The bad disposition and lack of empathy of ONE of the ladies at check-in will not harm or give anything negative to my stay, but if everyone follows her example... I will believe that it was a bad day for the lady in question.

The rooms are spacious. A little dated but great value for price. Very clean, and comfortable bed.
Foyer very clean and professional. Nice breakfast layout.
Close by shops and tourist area.
