Rude staff behaviour at the time of check in.Expected better for a 3 star hotel.charges full day payment for extra 3 hrs stay

Actually compared to the view of hotel photos there is a change in reality and when i checked in the hot water shower didnt not worked and hotel management did not check that and later when i informed them they changed the room which made me uncomfortable. Breakfast is average.

location is good. very close to Gandhipuram bus stand . No restaurant inside the hotel. Rooms can be more clean

Stay was comfortable. But they provided twin bed which i do not prefer. Being tired i did not argue and left early morning for my meetings. I prefer this as a budget stay below 2 k.
