A decent place to stay for business/ work. Rooms are clean. Sleep quality is good. Ample car parking space. Only down side is cigarette smell creeps into the rooms sometimes as there is a pub downstairs. Overall, you can consider to stay here.

2 aircon for the 12 bed dormitory is not sufficient. Additional fans also can be helpful. There is no space for ”in room dining” or ”separate dining, have to visit restaraunt. Only 2 attached bathroom and toilet for 12. Bathroom and toilet can be separate so that multiple people can access different facilities at the same time. Wifi didn't work first day, resolved next day morning no fridge in the dormintry buddies swimming pool can be bigger

This property is within walk able distance from the main Rly station and in a quite place.. Its well maintained, clean and hygienic. rooms are spacious and well furnished, quality of the food was delicious. All the staff were very polite and courteous. Unfortunately in my room, the toilet door broke down and so i was not able to close it. The flush was leaking and no mug was available. I will appreciate if the management provides uniforms to their staff to maintain its standard.and if the House keeping in charge can check the room etc once a guest check out and ractify any short comings.

Booked a club class room for two nights. Room was average sized and bed was also average. Expected at this price point. However, the service was below average. Towels were provided on both days on request. Coffee mugs were unused for months a guess as it had dust settled inside. 2 glasses for water was clean though. Room cleaning happened after requesting twice and next morning noticed that coffee sachets were not replaced and was told that will only be done in request. Wonder why they have it in the first place when checking in asking with a kettle. Ran out of water early morning at 5 and was asked to help myself from the reception area when the incharge was resting in a sofa close by. Location wise very ideal though

We had an excellent stay in ESS Grand hotel. Hotel is quite neat and staff are quite courteous and helping. Food and room service are quite good. Complimentary breakfast is good and food items are very tasty. They have extended our room for few hours beyond checkout time as we have a train to catch in the late afternoon. All the places like restaurants and shops are quite near by to the hotel. I'd definitely recommend ESS Grand for your comfortable stay. I'll definitely book ESS Grand for my future visits.

As a result of a hotel central location I stayed on a regular basis due to business travel, there are a number of hotels that will accommodate very high transportation, but corporate identity is more important than that, tolerance and of course the attitude of the employees, i think the service is people that make the venues beautiful. In this sense, the friends who work are very good but in every problem for their friendly and friendly attitude in every request.

PPANCHALThe hotel was recommended to me by a friend and it proved completely worth it. The rooms are spacious and very comfortable, with well laid out bathroom and comfortable bed. The staff are all so polite and helpful, with true attention to detail. I was very impressed with the food, which is so much better than some other five-star hotels I have stayed at. Kudos on quality and flavour. I will definitely stay here again.

Excellent customer service by the entire team headed by the General Manager Mr.Samson. Best quality of rooms in that entire surroundings with all modern amenities. Yummy food at the restaurant with a warm service. Our guests also felt comfortable, as they were visiting India and Coimbatore for the first time. Our guests forgot their passports, it was safely kept until they returned and collected it even after check out. Our heartfelt thanks and appreciation to the Zen Park team.

During my recent stay at your hotel, I had a disappointing experience regarding additional charges. While having dinner in my room, a minor stain appeared on the bedsheet. Despite the fact that stains are typically removable with bleach or stain removers, I was charged ₹500 for this. Additionally, a water bottle accidentally broke, for which I was charged ₹100. This was surprising, as I frequently travel across India for official purposes and have never encountered such charges elsewhere. Although I refrained from raising the issue at the time to avoid creating a scene in front of other guests at the reception, this incident has left me with a negative impression of your hotel. I hope you will review such policies to ensure a better guest experience in the future.

GGuest UserThe room was spacious and clean. Internet was fast and reliable. The breakfast buffet was plain and limited for the food choices and would be at a 3* level in other Asian countries. I was also overcharged for an in house food order but at least the food was good.

GGuest UserThis was my first time staying at this hotel. The room layout was the same as other Ibis hotels. The bed sheets had been washed, but there were several stains on them. I was disappointed that there were no disposable slippers. I guess it's a policy not to provide disposable slippers for Ibis hotels. This may be the standard for a 3 Star hotel.
