We had booked the apartments and were assured of refund if cancelled within a month. We cancelled in a week. A different person has done the booking for the same dates and still they have not refunded the money. I’ve been requesting them for the past six months with no response from them

Booked two apartments of 3 bedroom each for 12 members. Staff is not at all receptive. Very high headed attitude best known to them. Badly maintained property. Broken toilet seats, torn furnitures, shabby and junk utensils, soiled wash basin, old coffee maker, torn curtains, etc are some of the ills which will shock the guests. Very expensive for the facilities provided. Will definately not stay with them again. Tried to contact the owner to complain but he did not respond to my call. Unprofessional staff. We were there only for a night stay but were seriously disappointed. No gas connection, no fridge as shown in the website.
