Très bon séjour dans cet hôtel 4 étoiles à Cognac. L'accueil a été chaleureux et professionnel dès notre arrivée. La chambre était confortable et décorée avec goût. Mention spéciale pour le petit déjeuner, vraiment excellent, avec un large choix de produits frais. La piscine située au sous-sol est un plus, même si elle est assez petite et manque un peu de lumière. Cela reste agréable pour un moment de détente rapide. Un parking est situé à environ 100 mètres de l'hôtel, payant en semaine mais gratuit le week-end. En résumé, un très bon établissement que je recommande sans hésitation pour un séjour à Cognac.

Perfect spot for a stay in Cognac. Well kept and clean. Staff was really helpful. Their cocktail bar was a load of fun.

What a great hotel! Booked for my wife’s birthday and they gave us a lovely top floor room overlooking the square. Staff were friendly, efficient and very polite when we spoke with them. Breakfast was excellent with a great choice and the 10.00am finish was perfect for a little lie in. First time in Cognac and if we return will certainly be staying here again. A French Hotel with big fluffy bath sheets as well!

The service, organization and attention was excellent. The spa and pool had a very good ambience. The buffet (or breakfast) was very good and got many options. Hôtel al goût de la France.

Seul bémol, le hammam dont la porte est cassée.
