Restaurant la note extraordinaire avec un raffinement incroyable…le personnel est très pro est bcp d attention… Lieu magique…la perle de Cognac….je conseille le lieu et les prestations si on veut du beau et du qualitatif…Que du bonheur !!!!

De los mejores hoteles , si alguna vez andan en cognac , este es el hotel
Cuidan cada detalle , sales del cuarto y entran a ponerte toallas limpias , agua , etc
El desayuno es una delicia , el restaurante buenísimo
El cuarto precios y la propiedad también
Hasta agua te ponen en el auto cuando ya te vas
Me fui muy feliz del hotel y con muchas ganas de volver

Un lieu d'exception comme il en existe peu. Un batiment renové entièrement avec un luxe extreme et bon gout en mettant en avant la pierre locale et le bois. Un service & accueil fantastique et sans en faire trop. Et un restaurant gastronomique fabuleux qui mériterait une étoile. Un petit déjeuné inclus d'anthologie qui mérite le detour. Le tout avec un parc magnifique et très calme en bord de Charente. Et les visites des maisons de cognac à 10 minutes. J'ai beau chercher, je ne vois rien qu'ils pourraient faire de mieux. Le rapport qualité/prix est excellent pour ce niveau de qualité extreme

Nous avons passé 1 nuit à hôtel , literie très confortable très prope, le soir au restaurant gastromique la NOTE belle expèrience,le petit dèjeuner où il ne manquait rien. tout était parfait , le personnel à l'écoute et très professionnel que je remercie pour les petites attentions .La décoration sublime, le jardin ...A renouveler, un moment de bonheur. Exceptional and beautiful property located on the edge of Congnac- very peasceful. Excellent cuisine and service. Thanks also to Zena for a very personal service at breakfast. Would definitely make a detour to stay here if in the vicinity.

O Hotel é lindo, mas não há nada para fazer, hoje um dia de sol a piscina está abandonada. Não tem Spa, quarto sem banheira. O restaurante lindo, mas o cardápio é o mesmo para jantar e almoço. No almoço a comida estava boa, no jantar horrível. Nitidamente nosso prato e copo de vinho era totalmente diferente do servido aos franceses. Prato caro e ruim. Atendimento da recepção excelente.
