What a nice atmosphere in this hotel. Once arrived, there was a warm and personal welcome. The room in the annex was well equipped, with seperate bathroom and toilet. Nice terrace for the summer period with quality furniture. We had dinner both nights in the restaurant. In service and meals, some disappointments. No personal contact or any attempt from the staff to engage with their customers. A "mechanical" and little empathy service, while the hotel staff ticked all that boxes. Meals were slightly overpriced. Great and personal breakfast with local products. The low seats for us not so comfortabel. La Nauve hotel highly recommanded !

Séjour à 2 pour notre cadeau de Noël dans cet hôtel magnifique superbement restauré et décoré.
Le personnel est agréable, attentionné à votre écoute et prêt à vous rendre service dès que vous le souhaitez.
Mention spéciale à Zeina pour son sourire, son accueil et ses conseils avisés pour le petit déjeuner brunch qui est tout simplement à tomber. Nous nous sommes régalés de produits frais, très bien cuisinés et copieux.
Un lieu à découvrir absolument 🙂.
Un vrai relais château comme on les aime. Nous reviendrons c est sûr.

Comme d’habitude les moments passés au restaurant gastronomique de La Nauve restent de purs moments d’exception ! Déjeuner du 1er janvier 2025 tout en saveurs, inventivité et délices. Personnel toujours aussi professionnel et attentionné ! As usual, the moments we spent at La Nauve's gourmet restaurant were purely exceptional! Our lunch on 1 January 2025 was full of flavours, inventiveness and delights. The staff were as professional and attentive as ever!

Très belle demeure Relais & Châteaux..le personnel est extrêmement gentil, professionnel et toujours disponible...un réel bonheur ! Très belle chambre suite calme confortable et propre...tout est dans le détail, déco magnifique...une belle adresse à Cognac où nous aimons retourner avec un immense plaisir..merci à Faustine, le chef et son équipe (tout est raffiné et délicieux),Samuel le voiturier, la dame des petits déjeuners tellement adorable et professionnelle elle aussi.. A great find
Stunning brand new boutique hotel, very attentive service - staff can't do enough for you. Rooms are exquisite with really high end furnishings and decor. The large chandelier in the bar is a piece de resistance! You can also try sensibly priced cognacs from the extensive bar list. The cocktails are great too!
Cognac is a lovely town to visit but would recommend eating in one if the hotels restaurants.

Dîner d’anniversaire particulièrement réussi. Accueil irréprochable. Menu de grande qualité avec comme dessert un excellent Saint Honoré « spécial anniversaire » Bon conseil pour le champagne et les vins et un personnel à la hauteur du cadre enchanteur du lieu.
