Staff are nice. Good location. Only thing need to improve is the breakfast, and there is no food sold at night

bathroom was too mouldy. there was a typical pub right behind of this hotel, which makes significantly noise that disturb your stay.

Shabby, budget accommodation, with marks on walls and battered look, you get what you pay for. Postiives were that it was ok for sleep, and we had a spare bunk over the double just in case we had an argument. Would only stay here one night if you're at a loose end for accommodation.

Room is damn small and full of cockroaches. Bathroom is evenly small but it was clean. The lady at the reception was welcoming though. It’s not worth to pay even $100.

The location of Ibis budget is very central and conveniently near the town centre. Recommend for an affordable and easy place

It is indeed a good place to stay for a night. The receptionist is accomodating and helpful. I highly recommend it for someone who needs to stay for a night after a long travel.

I've stayed in better places for the price

Simple functional room for a night stay. No toiletries except for shower/shampoo. Next to a pub which opens late on friday and saturday night, able to hear them though we didn’t stay in the rooms next to the pub.

Last minute reservation due to travel changes, staff were very helpful, friendly and very accommodating. Lots of parking and a short walk into a shopping area, short drive to beaches. Room was a good size but some damage in the shower and the sheets had seen better days!

This is by far the cheapest place to stay in Coffs Harbour, so any review needs to take this into account. It's definitely not an upmarket place. The room was tiny, the TV remote was missing and reception didn't have a replacement, the aircon made noise but didn't cool down the room at all. The fridge was so cold that the milk I put in there was a block of ice in the morning. That said, the room was decently clean and the bed comfortable. The location is very good too, just across the road from the major shopping area in Coffs Harbour. If you're not expecting an upmarket place, this is absolutely value for money.

Dont go by ACOR managed hotel. This place is worst - not worth any money you pay. The beds are highly uncomfortable and the rooms looks unclean. Will never stay here again.

It is a budget motel, plenty of car parking and very helpful friendly service. Access to the highway is excellent for car travellers, the room are clean and comfortable. Worth repeating the service is very good.
