It is a very beautiful house with large and comfortable rooms and a beautiful balcony. Snacks can be selected by yourself and settled upon check-out. Parking is also very convenient. The breakfast was very good at 7 euros. Worth staying.

J’ai passé une horrible nuit sous les combles, dans une chambre à plus de 30 °C sans climatisation. Bien que la vue soit belle, la chambre que j’ai eue était abîmée : sol rayé, porte de douche cassée… Et ne vous imaginez pas bien petit-déjeuner : malgré le prix, le choix est très limité et de basse qualité. Dommage, il y avait mieux à faire. Ma famille a passé les pires vacances de sa vie. J’ai un seul conseil : n’y allez pas

Das Hotel ist eine unglaublich gelungene Symbiose aus alt und neu in toller Lage. Altstadt und einige Sehenswürdigkeiten fußläufig zu erreichen. Sehr zuvorkommendes und freundliches Personal. Wir hatten ein tolles Zimmer im EG mit Moselblick. Obwohl das Haus direkt an der Durchgangsstraße liegt, war es abends sehr ruhig. In anderen Bewertungen las ich, Frühstück und Parken sein frei. Das ist aktuell nicht so, aber die Preise dafür sind mehr als angemessen. Lademöglichkeit für e-Auto vorhanden.

Hôtel joliment décoré pour les parties communes : salle du petit déjeuner, hall, salon. Ce n'est pas le cas de la chambre que nous avons occupé : murs sales, parquet complètement griffé, ... Pas de climatisation dans l'hôtel, nous avons dormi (ou plutôt pas dormi) dans notre chambre sous les combles en cette période caniculaire. Je n'avais pas de thermometre mais c'était vraiment très très inconfortable avec 2 enfants. Séjour programmé initialement pour 2 nuit que nous avons souhaité écourter tant les conditions étaient désagréables. L'hôtel nous a quand même fait payer 100 euros sur les 250 prévus pour la nuit non effectuée, vraiment décevant au vue des conditions d'accueil. Nous avons trouvé le petit-déjeuner d'assez mauvaise qualité, croissants effet carton, jus orange bas de gamme, très peu de fruits. 50 euros pour 4, là encore vraiment exagéré. Résultat : 375 euros pour une nuit avec petit-déjeuner, un séjour sur place écourté et une grande déception. Nous ne recommandons pas, surtout pas les chambres sous combles en période de forte chaleur.

478 € für zwei Nächte, zwei Personen – da darf man schon ein bisschen mehr erwarten als ein kaltes Zimmer mit leeren Kissen, Rissen in der Badezimmerdecke und einer notdürftig befestigten Schiebetür. Die Heizung? Funktionierte kaum. Ein Kühlschrank? Fehlanzeige. Die Betten? Eigentlich okay – wenn man echte Kissen gehabt hätte und nicht nur gefühlt einen leeren Kissenbezug. Dazu dann noch 5 € Parkgebühr pro Tag – bei dem Zimmerpreis einfach frech, egal wie man es argumentieren will. Positiv waren der Eingangsbereich, die Selbstbedienungsbar mit ordentlichen Weinen und das freundliche Team. Auch die Abrechnung lief sauber – das sei fairerweise gesagt. Immerhin gab’s nachträglich 60 € Rückerstattung – ein kleiner Trost für zwei sehr unterkühlte Nächte. Aber bei verbleibenden 418 € (entspricht 209 € pro Nacht für zwei Personen) darf man deutlich mehr erwarten als ein nüchtern möbliertes Standardzimmer ohne jeglichen Zusatzkomfort. Fazit: Schöne Fassade – aber das Zimmer war ein echtes No-Go. Wir kommen nicht wieder.

Wir waren mit dem Rad unterwegs und hatten Station in Cochem. Hotels und Gepäcktransport wurde von einer Reisegesellschaft organisiert. Um 16:30 Uhr im Hotel angekommen waren die Koffer zwar schon da aber ansonsten keinerlei Hotelpersonal, die Koffer standen vor dem verschlossenen Hoteleingang. Nach Telefonat mit der am Eingang angegebenen Türe wurde diese vom Hotelbesitzer per Fernbedienung geöffnet. Alles weitere regelte sich von allein, von innen konnten wir den Keller öffnen und die Räder unterstellen. Der Zimmerschlüssel steckte in der Zimmertür und keiner störte uns dabei, die beiden Koffer a 20 Kg nebst den Radtaschen und den Accus in über 40 Stufen in die 2. Etage zu wuchten. Wir haben den Eindruck, dass diese Gastbetreuung in dem Haus fie Regel ist. Problematisch könnte es für ältere Gäste werden ( wir sind ja erst um die 70) nicht schlimm, es sieht ja keiner, außer der Web Cam Überwachung des Hauses. Wem es gefällt und wer rüstig ist, für den ist es sicher eine tolle .Unterkunft, uns gefällt eine solche Service los orientierte Zukunft, jedoch nicht so sehr - aber das ist ja Geschmacksache.

Wir hatten einen traumhaften Aufenthalt in der denkmalgeschützten Villa. Das Haus ist stilvoll und mit viel Liebe renoviert – unser Zimmer war groß, gemütlich und sehr sauber. Die Lage direkt an der Mosel hat uns auch super gefallen, ruhig und doch nah an der Altstadt. Das Frühstück war frisch und lecker, und das gesamte Team unglaublich herzlich und aufmerksam. Man fühlt sich hier sofort willkommen. Danke Sebastian für den tollen Empfang! Wir kommen auf jeden Fall wieder – absolute Empfehlung! 💛

Great hotel. Slightly quirky. Room was big and with a great view of the river. Staff were nice on the phone (slick telephone check-in, very chilled). Would stay here again.
