The facilities are old and don't look like a hotel that has been renovated for a few years. It is the worst 5-star hotel I have ever stayed in. The bathroom is moldy and the carpet is stained. What's even more ridiculous is that the vegetables placed in the breakfast noodle area are rotten, and the black spots are openly placed on the table for guests to choose. You can imagine how disgusting the places we didn't see are. One order for two rooms actually said that because I booked under two names, the rooms were not arranged together. The other room was for the child to sleep. How unsafe it is for the child not to be arranged next to the parents. I had to persuade the hotel to arrange a room on the same floor but at two ends. It was raining and we came out of the parking lot. The bellboy at the door looked at us running into the hall with an umbrella and didn't do anything.
