Went to Bandung just because of this hotel 😅 perfect for those with young kids cause mostly everything is in this hotel. Both my kids loved it here, the mini zoo has free entry and the kids pool is heated 🤩 Room is big but has basic amenities. There was no view for this hotel but we didn’t mind. Close to Ciwalk mall, and there ware many alfamarts across the road.

A kid-friendly hotel! My son enjoyed seeing the animals at the small farm, and the hotel room was spacious. Definitely a great choice for families. Plus, the cozy atmosphere was perfect for Bandung’s cool weather!

We booked the hotel without having high expectations and we were extremely well surprised. The location is very good of course. The staff very professional and welcoming. And I think the biggest surprise was the facilities for the kids: all what kids can dream of in a such condensed place: pool, slides, sandboxes, kids club and even a mini zoo. Most of the activities are free of charge and other are at a very reasonable price just to support the staff I think.
Also, we made very nice friends there as many conferences and events are run.
It is a very convenient place to have a break inside the city especially for families with young kids.

This hotel is a decent option for families, particularly because of its mini zoo, which is a fun and unique attraction for kids. However, overall, it falls into the "average" category. The rooms and facilities are standard, nothing exceptional, but they are functional and clean. Service is adequate, though not outstanding.

Came here because it was kids friendly, lots of games for kids. But confused by the concept of being kids friendly but the smell of cigarettes in the room and hallway. It was clearly stated in the non-smoking message application, when I entered the room, wow, it smelled like a karaoke room. The smell of cigarette smoke, called the operator and said it was a smoking room 😭 the window was dead and couldn't be opened. asked to change rooms, they said it was full. The air was cleaned with a tool but it didn't work because the nicotine was stuck everywhere. My family and I don't smoke or vape plus bringing kids felt restless while here. But the plus is the varied and delicious breakfast menu.. the kids were also satisfied playing and swimming..
