Lampu nya mau copot .begitu mau masuk kartu nya ga bisa susah banget. Kamar mandi nya ada byk rambut2 abis mandi

This hotel was really bad. Avoid this ruin hotel.
Booked two rooms, but one of them super really bad. In general the room was very bad.
Dirty linens, dirty sink and toilet, no safety door lock, no coffee maker, no safety box, no slippers, no towels at the time checked in (can’t get shower on first night out of 3 nights), get the towels the next day on the front desk, leaking room, moles on bathroom, part of the ceiling almost falling. Lift access open for guests and public without needing tab the room card. No security
Front desk was not proactive to replace or upgrade one of my rooms.

Went to Bandung for a wedding, but it turned out the event was until the evening.. because my husband was tired, he had to rest.. tried to find a hotel that was just for sleeping.. oh, it turned out I got a stay at Promenade, besides the fast and friendly service, it was also close to the souvenir shopping center in Cihampelas.. wow, it turned out to be fun. Thank you Promenade..
