I did not notice this error until the manager (Mr. Patel) pointed this out. I was quite upset but Mr. Patel said he would try to help. He called the other agency and the other hotel and got me a complete refund and then was able to book me into his hotel. If this was not enough, I noticed throughout my stay he was helping out in many other areas of the hotel due to the current labor shortage. I also witnessed his helpful, friendly approach to other guests as he checked them in. It's really refreshing when you come across someone who is that helpful and accommodating.
