Petit hôtel de charme, tout entre le centre ville et la gare Gérant accueillant, disponible et à l’écoute. Belle chambre spacieuse et literie très confortable Petit salon d’accueil au style ancien Hôtel très lumineux avec loggia et terrasse aménagée à l’arrière, sûrement très agréable l’été Joli choix de revues, le gérant nous propose même un plan de la ville ! Surpris agréablement par les prestations de cet hotel, je vous le recommande vivement si vous passez à Clermont-Ferrand Bien moins cher que les ibis et compagnie…

Hôtel désuet,petit déjeuner léger,viennoiseries en carton,PLUS de fromage blanc,pas de charcuteries (jambon,rosette), fromage sec bôf,musique très forte dans la salle. Mobilier dans la chambre...déglingué. Salle de bain pas de produit dans le distributeur douche,pas de gobelets,lit confortable.J'ai demandé un 2ème oreiller il n'en avait pas....Bref séjour très moyen.

J’ai d’abord essayé de réserver sur booking mais pas possible me proposant d’autres dates . Donc comme je le fais régulièrement. J’ai laissé un message pour être certaine. On sait que parfois le site n’est pas en concordance avec la réalité, résultat pas de retour. Donc j’appelle et la personne que j’ai au téléphone n’est pas dans l’empathie et très désinvolte. Je demande s’il serait gentil bien vérifier pour moi. Il me répond si le site le dit c’est que c’est vrai. Enfin en instant il fini par sois disant regarder. Et voilà mon expérience avec cette hôtel qui me paraissait bien sympathique de premier abord pour y passer mon anniversaire. Pas cool . Bon dimanche
